Lessons for the Little Ones
I have so much information to put here, it might take awhile!  Please be patient and check back often.  This is Spring Break week for me, so I should get a bunch done!
My favorite lesson plan websites
These websites have been the most useful to me so far.  They have great ideas for integrated lesson plans and thematic units, as well as wonderful tips and pointers on organization, set-up, and the like.  Enjoy them. I sure do!
*under construction, but not for long!*
A to Z Teacher Stuff -   www.atozteacherstuff.com
This website is great!  Really good if you are looking for thematic units of any kind, for just about any age group.  I especially enjoy their discussion board for early childhood educators and parents.
Preschool by Stormie - www.preschoolbystormie.com
Not to play favorites, BUT... this is my absolute *favorite* website.  Stormie has a complete developmentally-appropriate preschool curriculum online, free for your use!  She also has great advice from herself and other teachers on organization, recordkeeping, testing... the list goes on and on.  Everything on the site is free, and she does sell booklets with more ideas.  The booklets I have ordered from her are great, and they arrived quickly.  Please visit this site if you teach preschool!
The Lesson Plans Page - www.lessonplanspage.com
A staple for teachers of any grade level.  I found this website to be particularly helpful for student teachers or education students, since the lesson plans are in the format that they would need to turn in when the present.
Lesson Plans from my class
I will be posting the lessons and activities that I use in my class in thematic units over the next week.  I am excited about posting my Cinco de Mayo and Texas Public Schools Week thematic units, as I had a hard time finding good resources for these on the web or in books.  Please check back soon, because I know you will enjoy them!!!
