| We were so happy to return to school after Christmas vacation. We missed our friends, of course, and were excited about learning and playing together again. Our very first art project was to trace and learn the numbers, 2007. We even glued on some rice krispies to make it look nicer. Some of us couldn't help ourselves, and nibbled on some of the cereal while doing our work. | ||||||||||||||||||||

| Sadly, we put away our little stable, and other Christmas decorations. Snowflakes and snowmen are now making our classroom look so pretty. "Frosty the Snowman" is a popular song, but we've also learned some new ones. "The Chubby Little Snowman" and "The Singalong Snowman" are two of our favorites. Spongepainting can be messy, but lots of fun. Our white snowmen shapes look great on dark colored construction paper. | ||||||||||||||||||||

| We like to pretend in nursery school. We pretend to put our mittens on, and play a game of catch with a giant snowball. The 'snowball' is really a big, soft, stuffed basketball. | ||||||||||||||||||||
