You've turn your face from God in shame
You feel your life is a lie
Your not what you appear to be
You would welcome death to
end this misery
No, don't you quit
I'd like to discuss this with you a bit
Feelings are sometimes turned upside down
And our minds become a battle ground
Don't you let go, just hang on tight
God will help you fight this fight
With His big loving arms opened wide
Step right up and snuggle down,
Peace is just around the corner
waiting to be found
But looking toward God will
make you completly free
So turn your eyes, look upon His face
Accept His wonderful love and grace
Cast all your care upon Him
for He will not bend
He has branded you with His seed
Would He ever leave or forsake you?
No Indeed!
All these trials and tribulations will not last
There is nothing you have done or could ever do
That would make God feel ashamed of you
Is a perfect member of His family
So don't give up, no don't you quit
Peace is close by, just ask for it
