| 1) As soon as the game starts press "H"..."C".. (that will quickly start creating one villager. 2) Select your first three villies, and hit "B.."N".. Which will make one TC. Place it directly next to your original TC. (only make one.) 3) If you're yamato, or assyrian the TC will be completed about 1/5th of a second before your first villie is complete. Immeadiatly take those three villies and tell them to make one more TC. 4) Hit "H" "C" once more. 5) Take the first villie that came out of your TC and click "B" "A" to create an archery range. Hold shift and click about 20-30 ranges on the map, don't paint, then hit "H" "C" once again 6) Take two of the three TC builders and make 1 more (4 all together) and you should have about 3-4 idle villies, make all of them go build "A" ranges...Mean while you should check to see if a Range has been completed yet, if so, click on the range and hit "C" to create 1 horse archer. 7) Take those two TC builders and make on last TC. (5 all together) Take your idle villagers and make two of them build houses. Take the other two and click "B" "C" to make a government center, then click "B" "M" to make a market and "B" "S" top make a storage pit. 8) Go check your ranges to quene up horse archers. 9) Constantly hit "H" "C" and make more villies... go research the necessary technologies at your market storage pit and government center, Then go check your ranges and quene more horse archers. By this time you should have no less than about 10 horse archers... if you don't have at least 7 by now. quit the game and restart. 10) That's basically the start, from there you can do what you want. I usually gather about 5 villies and find a gold mine, build three TC's next to the mine (so I can make a lot of villies fast) then move those 5 villies to another mine and make 3 more TC's around that gold mine.. Make sure you always are minding. Try to keep a few horses near each mine too, to help prevent from enemy raids. 11) Last piece of advice is BUILD OUTWARD. Map control is 75% of the game... IF you control a considerably more area of land than your enemy you have at least a 80% chance of victory! You control the mines and the map and you control the game... SPREAD OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! ******NOTE****** Make sure you use the "." no less than once every 8 seconds. You cannot afford to have idle villies this early in the game. ***************** |
