Help from the Net
-COMPUTER RESEARCH FACILITIES of NNASADA- Bar.
(Maria and Patricia are sitting there, discussing)
Patricia: Is it the same nightmare?
Maria: More or less. The basics are always the same. We are in the woods, being chased by A.B.A. and suddenly my father gets killed, my mother is screaming, my brother is taken away and one of them says to my mother that he will turn her son into the most fanatic member of the Organization. It's not just a nightmare. Those are facts, things that happened. But I shouldn't remember so many details! I was only 5.
Patricia: Some traumatic experiences are sometimes recorded to your subconsiousness, making you remember them when you are sleeping.
Maria: I don't know. Sometimes I still hope that I can find my younger brother.
Patricia: You think it's possible?
Maria: No. I know that it's impossible. A.B.A. was destroyed not more than two years after they took him away. As far as I know, there was some kind of an explosion that crashed their base. Most of them died. I believe that my brother was one of them. He was only 6 at the time. How could he defend himself? Nobody has ever found the cause of the explosion.
Patricia: I don't know what to say. You know though, that I'm here for you, girlfriend. We all are.
Maria: I know. I know.
-The Spaceship
Vinabot: Is it complete?
Mechpart: Yes boss. It is ready for your commands.
Vinabot: Give me a full report.
Mechpart: It will teleport the Rangers into the desert, where they will find no computer to be teleported away. As soon as they are trapped, you can do everything you want with them.
Vinabot: Good. The virus has already caused them great damage. It's a matter of time before they collapse.
-Voice's Hideout
(The Rangers are standing there)
Bobbie: So, what do we have here?
Jack: A complete nothing. The only thing we know is that we are fighting Silo desperatly and the next second we have an operational Megazord to finish the job. Whoever got in here wasn't rookie.
Maria: Our systems didn't track him down.
Michael: The suveilence cameras didn't even record unusual movement.
Patricia: As if the guy doesn't really exist.
Bobbie: Or as if he knows this place better than we do.
Maria: Exactly.
Michael: But only the Voice knew this place better than we do and he is gone.
Bobbie: Swell! So now we have to worry about some stranger that has access in here.
Patricia: As if Vinabot wasn't enough.
Michael: Don't be that negative.
Maria: What do you mean?
Michael: Think guys. Someone we don't know has access to the Hideout and all our files. We have to worry about him, but not that much. Whoever that guy is, during our last fight he saved us by recovering the Megazord program.
Bobbie: That doesn't change anything Michael. He has access here. That means he can do anything he wants with our powers, our zords, everything. He probably knows our identities. If this man proves himself an enemy, we are all doomed.
Jack: Bobbie is right. We can't calm down.
Patricia: Michael is also right. Vinabot is enough for us now. We must focus on him.
Maria: No. You are all wrong. I'm sure Vinabot has plans for us. We must be careful. But someone has access to all our secrets, and that's a reason to be extra-careful. Me and Patricia stay here. You guys go out there and get ready for Vinabot's new strike. We stay until we find out who the mysterious man is. You must take care of Vinabot without us.
Michael: I'm in.
Jack: Me too.
Maria: Mr. Thomson?
Bobbie: You heard the lady. We are on our way!
Patricia: Got it!
(They all get back to work)
-Angel Grove Downtown- Afternoon.<
(The citizens are walking quietly on the street when suddenly a beam blasts the bottom of a building. The people of Angel Grove start running away, screaming. A monster appears in a corner of the street.)
Trapaway: You can calme down people! I will not hurt you! Not much, anyway.
(Bobbie, Jack and Michael are far enough from the monster when they notice the explosion)
Bobbie: Did you see that?
Michael: Yes.
Jack: It must be another Vinabot attack. Should we run there?
Bobbie: Not yet. Let's find out what's really going.
(He wears his morpher and presses a button on it)
Bobie: This is Bobbie to the Hideout. Ms Papadaki, Patricia, do you read me?
Patricia: (From the morpher) Yes we can. What's wrong?
Bobbie: There's something wrong in Angel Grove Downtown. Can you focus the cameras on the hot spot and report to us?
Patricia: (From the morpher) Hold on... I got it. It seems like a monster terrorises the people of Angel Grove but it seems we have no victims yet. It's apparently a trap for you guys. Be careful.
Bobbie: We will. Keep in touch. We may need help. (He turns to the guys) Go for it?
(Michael and Jack nodd positively)
Bobbie: Ok then. DIGITALIZE!
Bobbie: Download Digital Force, Red!
Jack: Download Digital Force, Blue!
Michael: Download Digital Force, Black!
(The Rangers jump and kick the monster by surprise)
Trapaway: Hey!
Bobbie: This ends here monster!
Michael: You've caused enough damage!
Jack: Get ready to be deleted!
Bobbie, Michael, Jack: Power Rangers... DIGITAL FORCE!
(The battle begins. The Rangers run against Trapaway. Bobbie performs a jump kick and hits the monster. Jack kicks it on its back while Michael throws it away. The monster gets up.)
Trapaway: You're good.
Bobbie: And you haven't seen anything yet.
Trapaway: Neither have you! AAA!
(He fires a huge beam, blasting a building. The destroyed building falls on the Rangers)
Jack: Hey!
Michael: That hurts!
Bobbie: Get down guys! Protect yourselves!
(The Ranger lay down on the ruins of the building. Trapaway jump in the air and fires a few shots on them.)
Bobbie: AAAA! Bad idea. Get up!
(The Rangers get up and recruit)
Bobbie: Enough. DIGITAL BLASTERS!
(They take out their blasters)
Bobbie: FIRE!!
(They fire at the monster and cause it to fall on the ground, without causing it any serious damage)
Trapaway: You fools! Can't you see I'm unbeatable?
Jack: No you are not.
Bobbie: Fire again!
(The Rangers fire again but Trapaway sends the shots back to them)
Rangers: AAAAAA!
(They fall on the ground)
Trapaway: And that was only the beginning...
(Trapaway fires the huge beam again, blasting the Rangers)
Rangers: NOOOOO!
(Bobbie tries to conntact with the Hideout)
Bobbie: Girls, this is Bobbie! We need help!
-Voice's Hideout
Patricia: Hold on Bobbie! Maria they need help, but we can't leave from the Hideout. We got work to do.
Maria: I know but we can't leave them alone there. They need us. I'll go, you stay here.
Patricia: Forget it. If this monster kicked the three of them, you will be no much for it. I'm not letting you go alone. I'm comming with you.
Maria: What about the strange man?
Patricia: I'll activate the hidden suveilence cameras. If he comes in here, he will not know there are hidden cameras, and we will see who he is.
Maria: Ok, let's do it then.
Patricia: Right. DIGITALIZE!
Maria: Download Digital Force, Yellow!
Patricia: Download Digital Force, Pink!
-Battlefield
(The girls run to the guys and help them to get up)
Patricia: Are you ok?
Michael: For the time...
Trapaway: HAHA! Finanlly! All five Rangers are here!
Maria: That's your worst nightmare, isn't it?
Trapaway: I'm afraid that will be YOUR worst nightmare! You made the fatal mistake!
-Spaceship
Vinabot: Now Mechpart! DO IT!
Mechpart: Right away boss!
(He presses a button. A beam leaves the Spaceship and heads for the Earth. It hits the ground causing the Rangers and Trapaway to vanish. They reappear on a deserted field)
Jack: Where are we?
Trapaway: This is a beatiful deserted field, with no computers around.
Michael: Crap! We can't teleport!
Patricia: We are trapped away!
Maria: If it proves itself stronger than us, we are doomed.
Bobbie: No we are not. Let's finish him off!
(They start running toward Trapaway. The perform a mass attack but they fail. Trapaway fires against them, blasting them down. They try to recruit)
Patricia: He is too strong.
Jack: We can't take him down.
Bobbie: Oh yes we can. DIGITAL EXTERMINATION WEAPONS, POWER UP!
(They charge their weapons)
Bobie: Trash HIM!
(They start attacking again but they fail. Trapaway blocks their weapons and throws them far. He then blasts the Rangers.)
Michael: We are powerless against him.
Bobbie: I don't care. I'm not giving up.
Trapaway: I'm glad you are not!
(He blasts the Rangers again and again until they are badly heart and exhausted)
Patricia: I... don't know If... if I can hold off any... longer.
Michael: Me... neither.
Bobbie: I have taken... enough of this!
(He gets up furious)
Jack: What are you doing?
Bobbie: ELECTRO-SWORD, FULLY CHARGED! POWER UP! YIA!!!!
(He starts running against the monster)
Patricia: NO! Bobbie come back!
Michael: Are you out of your mind?
Jack: Bobbie, stop it!
Maria: Mr Thomson, NO!
(Bobbie jumps on the air and slashes the monster a few times)
Trapaway: AAAAAA!
(The monster explodes and Bobbie turns his back to it)
Bobbie: You are deleted.
Trapaway: HAHAHA!
(The monster rises again and appears in the smoke. Bobbie looks at it amazed)
Bobbie: What?
Trapaway: I wasn't deleted. I was just recycled and I have just been restored. I'm sorry I can't say the same about you...
(Trapaway charges his weapon and blasts Bobbie)
Bobbie: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
(The blasts throws Bobbie back to his friends and powers down)
Bobbie: Oh...
Michael: Bobbie!
Maria: Mr Thomson, are you ok?
Bobbie: I think I'll live.
Trapaway: You think wrong. Prepare to meet your doom Power Rangers!
Michael: I hate to admit it but he is right.
Jack: He is powerful and we are not much for him.
Patricia: This is the end.
Bobbie: No it can't be. We are the hope of the world. We will stop him.
Maria: Wake up Mr.Thomson. What are you going to do?
Jack: The end of the Power Rangers...
-Voice's Hideout
(A man walks in. He approaches the consoles. He shuts down the suveilence cameras and inserts a CD rom. He enters a password. On the screen can be seen the message: "Loading NET program... Loading complete. Initializing Setup.exe... Initializing complete." He presses a few more buttons A new message can be seen:" Selected desert point has underground phone lines". The man finally presses a button.)
-Battlefield
Trapaway: Good bye Power Rangers.
(The Rangers cover their heads with their arms and wait for the blasts when suddenly some shots cause Trapaway to fall on the ground)
Trapaway: What? Who are you? Show yourself. Why are you hiding?
(A Ranger with dark red suit appears holding his blaster)
Ranger: Me, hiding? No... Not a chance. Fear is the cause for hiding and I can feel no fear.
Patricia: Another Ranger?
Bobbie: Incredible...
-Spaceship
Vinabot: WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY? HE SEEMS TO BE A RANGER! They have help. I thought there were no computers there. Their teleportation is impossible in this place. How did he teleport there? I don't care. DESTROY HIM!
-Battlefield
Trapaway: Identify yourself!
Ranger: Gladly. I am the Net Ranger and I am to be your worst nightmare!
Trapaway: I have no nightmares! I'm one myself!
Net Ranger: Big mouth. I better shut it. YIA!
(They start fighting. The monster punches the Net Ranger but he avoids the punch and performs a side kick hurting the monster. He then perfoms an air kick causing the monster to fall on the ground.)
Net Ranger: Net Blaster, power UP!
(He blasts the monster)
Trapaway: I'm not finished yet!
Net Ranger: Yes you are.
(He turns his back and places the Net Blaster in its scabbard while Trapaway is destroyed in a huge explosion.)
-Spaceship
Vinabot: Mechpart, can the Database's signal be transfered to the monster's current position.
Mechpart: Of course boss!
(Mechpart uses the Database and Trapaway grows)
Jack: Ok, we take it from here.
Bobbie: Wait. I'm comming with you.
Jack: Forget it. You stay here.
Bobbie: But...
Jack: Stay here! (He turns to the others) Let's do it guys.
All 4 Rangers: We need Digital Force Zord power, NOW!
(The door of some kind of base opens. The Zords can be seen. The Rangers get in and activate them. Now they fly toward Angel Grove.)
Jack: Let's destroy him.
(The battle begins. The Zords start attacking. The monster blocks their attacks and blasts them. They fall on the ground)
Patricia: Great. He is the same hard.
Jack: We need help but Bobbie is too weak.
Bobbie: I got to get to them. They need me.
(He attempts to get up but soon falls on his knees. The Net Ranger runs to him.)
Net Ranger: Stay down. You're too weak.
(He presses a button on Bobbie's Digital Chip and causes Bobbie to shut down. At the same time Trapaway blasts the zords.)
Patricia: My power level is dropping!
Jack: Mine too!
Michael: Maria, we won't make it!
Maria: Damn! Retreat!
Michael: What?
Maria: You heard me. Retreat!
Patricia: We'll just give it up?
Maria: What choice do we have? If we stay, he'll destroy the Zords and without them we're gone.
Patricia: If we retreat we're gone anyway!
Jack: No! Maria's right. Our energy levels are low. We must save some time until the zords re-energize!
Trapaway: What's wrong Rangers? Am I too tough for you?
Bobbie: I must help... (He gets up) DIGITAL..
Net Ranger: No!
(The Net Ranger stops Bobbie from morphing, grabbing his hand.)
Net Ranger: It's too dangerous. Your morphing program has been overloaded. I can't let you do that.
Bobbie: Huh? How do you know about my morphing program?
Net Ranger: Stay back. I'll take care of buisiness now. Don't worry. Your friends'll be fine.
(He steps forward and faces the sky)
Net Ranger: NET LIGHTSHIP, POWER UP!
(Inside the Zords holding bay the bottom opens and another level rises. On the new level there is a huge skycraft, with a deep marroon color and yelow stripes on both sides. There is a PR Thunder symbol on the top of the skycraft. The lights are on and the ceiling of the holding bay opens. The Net Lightship rakes off and as soon as it is out of the bay it starts flying in the form of a light beam. The Net Ranger spots it and jumps into the cockpit)
Net Ranger: I'll show some real Digital Force power.
(He starts firing at the monster.)
Trapaway: Hey! Where did you get this?
Maria: What is that?
Patricia: I've no idea but it's incredible!
Net Ranger: Take this!
(A huge beam is fired from a big weapon on the top of the Net Lightship. Trapaway covers himself)
Trapaway: I've taken enough of this!
(The monster jumps and grabs the Net Lightship. He throws it on the ground.)
Net Ranger: WOW! That was good, but I got something better. Mega Thrusters, full power!
(The Lightship boosts up and storms to the sky.)
Net Ranger: Ok. I'll give you a lesson you'll never forget! Net Lightship, convert to Battlezord Mode, NOW!
Computer: Please give Dialing password.
(The Net Ranger types the password)
Computer: Password accepted. Connecting...
(The top of the Lightship opens. The arms are being pulled out, uncovering the main body too. The tail is transformed into legs.)
Computer: Connected to server. Waiting for I.P. verification...
Net Ranger: (Pressing a big green button on the console) Net Ranger 78.38.02:3733
Computer: Verification successfull. Connection completed.
(The face of the Battlezord is uncovered)
Net Ranger: Net Battlezord, power up!
(The other Rangers are looking at it amazed)
Maria: Look at it...
Michael: It's great.
Jack: In a word: morphinomenal.
Trapaway: Another Zord, eh? Still won't stop me.
Net Ranger: We'll see about that.
(They start fighting. The monster tries to slash the Battlezord, but the zord blocks the attack and strikes back with a kick. The Net Ranger continues his attack with multi-punch hit. The monsters falls back)
Trapaway: You got style, but I got power!
(He blasts the Battlezord, and forces it to step back.)
Net Ranger: Good one. But you'll need more than that to beat me down!
Trapaway: Then what about THIS?
(He blasts the Battlezord with an even bigger beam causing it to fall on the ground. Sparks come out of the cockpit while it's shaking. Eventually the Net Ranger stabilises the Zord.)
Trapaway: Prepare to meet your doom, Ranger!
(The monster starts running toward the Battlezord, loading its cannon)
Net Ranger: Enough playing! Time to disconnect you! Net power Cannon!
(The Battlezord stands up. It's right arm transforms into a high-tech cannon-like weapon.)
Trapaway: (astonished) Huh? What is that?
Net Ranger: Digital Net. FIRE!
(The Battlezord fires a green-black glowing net which traps the monster.)
Trapaway: No! Let me go!
Net Ranger: You got only 3 seconds to escape. It's the definition of suffering death, isn't it?
(The net starts shrinking, pressing the monster)
Net Ranger: 3...2...1...
Trapaway: NO!!!!
(Suddenly the monster's body can't take the pressure and explodes)
Net Ranger: I'm sorry, your connection to this server timed out.
(The other Rangers leave their damaged Zords and land next to Bobbie, who was watching the battle)
Maria, Patricia, Michael, Jack: SHUT DOWN!
(They power down)
Patricia: Bobbie are you ok?
Bobbie: Yeah... who is this guy?
Jack: I've no idea, but with such powers, let's hope he doesn't turn to be a foe.
(The Battlezord transforms into the Net Lightship again and flies away)
Maria: Let's go home. We got a long way back...
(They all get up and leave. While walking, Bobbie is thinking)
Bobbie:(thinking) So there is another Digital Force Ranger. This Net Ranger is amazing. His powers would be a great deal of help against Vinabot now that the Voice is gone. But what if he was sent by Vinabot to earn our trust and then double cross us? I don't know... But who cares anyway. We've lost almost everything here. If he wants to offer help, then I'll gladly accept it. If not, not much will change. Vinabot has the upper hand now. We must be cautious, or this may be the end of this planet.
(The screen fades out showing the Rangers walking)
