See below for CURRENT DEBATES!!!
Welcome to the Debate Center.  This page is for posting internet debates about whatever topics one wishes to debate.  Anyone wishing to debate a subject that I have written on or support on this website is welcomed to contact me and begin a written correspondence.  Debate format will be discussed and agreed upon.
Why a "Debate Center"?  First, I believe it is important that people are able and willing to rationally discuss their beliefs.  I believe we can look to the examples of Paul and of Christ who "reasoned" with people frequently from the Scriptures.  I believe that because Christians are not willing to discuss their ideas or have them criticized, there are so many "unchecked' beliefs going on in the Church.  We have have a Church X which teaches doctrines XYZ, yet member A believe doctrines DEF, while member B believes HIJ.  Thus, we have a disjointed  body of Christ and no one is willing to challenge anybody to support their beliefs.  The Scriptural example of the Bereans (Acts 17:11), I believe, forces us as Christians to require Scriptural support from people and to give Scripture support for our own beliefs.
Part of the purpose and goal of this website is to promote and encourage such discussions.  That is, to encourage one to be able to "give reasone for the hope that is within them" (I Peter 3:15).  People of all faiths and theological backgrounds are welcomed to participate.  Below are some examples of debate topics that interest me.  But, always feel free to suggest other topics.
All topics on this site are debatable!!!
Did Christ die for All men or only for the Elect?
Is the Roman Catholic doctrine of Justification Biblical?
Does the Bible teach Sola Scriptura?
Does the Bible teach Predestination?
Does the Bible teach that there is such a thing as "Carnal Christians"?
Can a person lose their salvation?
Certainly, the list could go on and on, but those question will suffice as examples to get your mind stimulated.
