 On the morning of September 11, 2001, The United States was the victim of a horrendous terrorist act. At least four air planes were hijacked and used to kill many innocent civilians of our great nation. CMI Ministries ask you to join us in prayer for those who have perished and for those that have been wounded along with their loved ones. Our heavenly father, please take your children home. Please forgive them their sins. Please accept them into heaven as the children they are. Please watch over those that have been injured. Please ease their pain and suffering. Please give them the strength, the tools and the knowledge to survive this terrible tragedy. Lord, we also ask that you help the families and loved ones of all those people involved and that you also give them the strength, the tools and the knowledge to survive this. Lord please watch over those policemen, firefighters, paramedics, rescuers, nurses, doctors and others as they frantically try to help the victims survive. Lord, we ask that you watch over President George W. Bush at this critical juncture and that you give him and his advisors the strength, the tools and the knowledge to help prevent this from ever happening again. Lord we ask that you protect those members of our military forces that will surely be called upon to help protect this great nation. Lord, we also ask that you give us some sort of understanding so that we can all deal with what has happened. Please ease the fears of our children so that they may remain innocent. And Lord, please forgive those who have trespassed against us. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
