| White Pudding |
| white pudding China grass 5 gramme, Condensed milk one tin, Milk two condensed milk tin,Sugar five table spoon,Water one and a half cupVanilla essence one teaspoon(try to use original vanilla and not synthetic so that we will get better price for our vanilla) Cut China grass in to small pieces and soak in one and a half cup water.Then double boil it and stir well and it should not boil.The china grass should melt well.Then heat condensed milk,milk and sugar and keep stirring well.It should boil slightly.Then add melted china grass.The china grass must be slightly warm.Stir well and it shoild be slightly thick and then pour in to the Pyrex dish and after it reaches normal temperature keep it in the fridge. Once it is cold u can start tasting it and finnish it off before others come !!! |
