| Take onakka chemmeen and put it in a frying pan without oil and keep on stirring for some time till it becomes warm and becomes mild reddish in colour. Take out from the fire. Red chillies as required to be warmed the way u have done the chemmeen. The warm chemmeen to be grounded in the mixie with chilly. If chilly is not available use little chilly powder. Chilly powder also to be warmed very mildly. It can preferably be put in a warm chatty rather than putting it on fire OK. Take the product from the mixie and add coconut shavings, onion, Kariveppila and salt to taste. By the time ur product is half way through ur collegues will be in the kitchen due to the enchanting smell and see that ultimately it is mixed with hand or spoon well to get a special taste. |

| Pour some oil in a frying pan and put Kaduku, Kariveppila and onion andvazhattuka. Put the Chemmeen and salt. Keep it on the fire for sometime and take it when it is fully muringified. If u use Kerala coconut oil it willhave a special kerala taste. |
