The Yogic Science for Perfect Health

Yoga is not a religion. It is a science - a mystical science. It is for self-improvement. It is a way of life. Hence, it influences every aspect of human life - be it physical, mental, moral, or spiritual. There are many types of Yoga to cater for the different aspects of life as well as different temperaments and nature of man. One such type is Hatha Yoga, which deals with physical, breathing, and cleansing exercises, as well as relaxation. The primary purpose of this Yoga is to attain perfect physical and mental health.
Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are conducted in the form of Yoga courses, each course being for a period of 12 weeks with one class per week. Two types of Yoga classes are being conducted. They are:
1. Public Yoga classes
The public classes are conducted every Sunday at the Cobra Club at No. 7, Lorong Utara B, Jalan Utara, Petaling Jaya
(Location Map). The Beginners class is at 3.30 to 4.30 p.m. and Intermediate class at 5.00 to 6.00 p.m. These classes are open to members of the public.
People who wish to have Yoga classes in their residential areas may request for such classes, if arrangements can be made for a suitable venue and a minimum number of 20 students.
2. Private in-house Yoga classes
The private Yoga classes are conducted for staff of companies that request for such classes at their premises, in order to enhance the health, efficiency, quality and productivity of their staff.
