| Monthyly accounts are compiled by a PAO for the transaction carried out during the month by the PAO and by the DDOs under its payment control on computer with the help of a package called 'IMPROVE'. On the basis of accounts received from PAOs, Principal Accounts Office compiles the accounts for the Ministry as a whole on computer with the help of a package called 'CONTACT (ORACLE)'. The monthly account so compiled is sent to the CGA's office on a floppy. |
