Pork with
Bamboo Shoot

Ingredients: m
Pork thin slices – 500 gm m
Bamboo shoot slices – 100gm m
Sliced onion – 1 (Medium size) m
Finely chopped Ginger & Garlic – 1 tsp m
Corn Flour – 1 tsp m
Green Chilly – 2 m
Cooking oil – 3~4 tsp m
Salt to taste Procedure: |

Put 3 tsp cooking oil in a hot frying pane. m
Fry the pork slices for 10 Minutes in low heat (Make sure that the
fried pieces remain tender) m
Keep the pork slices in a plate m
Increase the heat and put the sliced Bamboo Shoot + Onions + Chilly +
Chopped Ginger & Garlic in the frying pane. m
Fry it for 3 Minutes in high heat. Add salt. m
Add the fried pork slices and fry it for another 5 Minutes in medium
heat. m
Mix the corn flour in a half cup of water and add to the frying pane. m
Cook for 2 Minutes more. Ready to serve.
Serve it hot. |
