Duck Fry

 

Ingrediants:

  • Duck or Turkey cut into small pieces : 1 kg (for 4 person avg)
  • Cumin powder : 2 tsp
  • Black peeper : 3 tsp
  • Red Chilly Powder : 1 tsp
  • Chopped Onion : 3 (Medim side)
  • Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic + Ginger Paste : 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste.

Procedure:

  • Add Garlic + Ginger, Black Peeper powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Onion in a Grinder and make a paste.
  • Put 3 tsp cooking oil in the fry pan.
  • Add the spices into it and fry it for 5 mins in medium heat.
  • Add the Duck pieces into it and fry it in medium heat for 15 mins.
  • Reduce the heat and cook it for another 20 mins.
