1. ถ้าหนูเลือก หนูจะคิดถึงสิ่งที่พระเป็นเจ้าต้องการก่อน

2. หนูจะออกพระนามของพระเป็นเจ้าด้วยความเคารพรัก

3. หนูจะถือวันอาทิตย์เป็นวันพระเจ้าสำหรับสวดภาวนา และหนูจะไปวัด

4. หนูจะเชื่อฟังและนบนอบคนที่เอาใจใส่หนู

5. หนูจะดูแลและมีใจเมตตากรุณาต่อสิ่งมีชีวิตทั้งหลาย

6. หนูจะรักและนับถือทุกคนที่มีส่วนคล้ายพระเป็นเจ้า

7. หนูจะไม่เอาสิ่งของที่ไม่ใช่ของหนู และหนูจะดีต่อทุกคน

8. หนูจะพูดหรือทำด้วยความจริงใจ

9. หนูจะไม่อิจฉาคนอื่นที่มีหน้าตาดีกว่าหนูหรือมีความรู้ความสามารถมากกว่าหนู

10. หนูจะไม่อิจฉาสิ่งที่คนอื่นมีแต่หนูไม่มี

"Ladder to Heaven"

1. I think first of what God wants when I make choices.

2. I use God's name only with love and respect.

3. I keep Sunday as God's special day of prayer. I go to church.

4. I listen to and obey those who care for me.

5. I care for and am kind to all living things.

6. I love and respect everyone as an image of God.

7. I do not take anything that is not mine; I am fair to everyone.

8. I am truthful in what I say and do.

9. I am not jealous of how other people look or what they can do.

10. I am not jealous of the things other people have.
