I do clearly understand all your concerns. Our sedevacantist movement still yet needs to be more united. In a few days, one of Our bishops will be sending out a pastoral letter updating Us on the current position of the movement as well as other matters.
I will hold off answering your questions here, because I think the pastoral letter might answer them better.

First of all, let me introduce myself. I am Robert Chung, the newly appointed secretary to His Holiness Pope Pius XIV in loving memory. I was asked by His Excellency Bishop Hans Lorenz to email you to brief you on Our current condition.
I am sure you were informed that Pope Pius XIV passed away a few months ago. The Cardinal Secretary of State, His Eminence Cardinal Cheng, after His Holiness's passing, retreated to the monastic life. I was studying under His Holiness for a brief while and also served as His Holiness's North American representative. Before he passed, on his deathbed, His Holiness nominated myself and another person to the cardinalate. 1
To answer your question, yes, We are still very much indeed in the sedevacantist movement, praying everyday that We all may gather to elect a universally acceptable Pontiff to govern the Lord's Church. We have been though, distancing ourselves for a while from the email discussion list (the Mildenhalls) because of doubt from a few people on the list of the validity of Our existence (and the election of His Holiness Pope Pius XIV). Yes, those two websites you have listed are indeed not associated with us and certainly were not created by us. I too have tried to have the petitiononline administrators take it off without any success.
The answers to your questions will be in blue, your queries in red:
1. I would first like the complete details of the election of Pius XIV. From what I remember in previous contacts, every effort was made to determine the vacancy of the Papacy before proceeding.
The late Pope Pius XIV and his Cardinal Secretary and State, Cardinal Cheng were not the people that assembled the papal election. It was done by another group of people that I believe, came from parts in northern Taiwan and southern China (where it is considerably more 'free').
In a period of quite a number of years, this group of people attempted to track down every possible bishop that was still living that was consecrated during the days of Pope Pius XII, and as you know, that would make them rather old men. But anyway, after doing so, these bishops were secretly convened in Taiwan to hold the election. Around 50 bishops altogether. But, do note not all of them were bishops from Pope Pius XII's time. Through careful inspection, the successors of the original bishops were located, some old as well, but nonetheless, they held valid consecrations.
One of the bishops that would have participated in the election and probably would have been elected due to his saintliness, was the late Bishop Ignatius Gong-Pin-Mei, whom kept true to Rome all the 40 years he was in prison. But upon being freed, he gave his obedience to JPII and basically renounced his 40 years of faithful adherence to the True Faith. The Chinese Catholic Church (traditional, pre-Vatican II Church that is) was extremely shocked at this.
Anyway, with these bishops gathered, an election took place. And the rest is history, Pope Pius XIV was elected. 2BUT, do note, I did not participate in the original election. I was made papal secretary after the death of Pope Pius XIV and after Cardinal Cheng had retreated into the monastic life. I will look through documents that were handed to me and then inform you any corrections or additional information (meaning, whatever Cardinal Cheng told you in past emails might differ slightly, but not much. I will look into the documents more. But overall, the accounts I am giving are correct).
2. Why haven't you Cardinals proceeded to the election of a successor to Pius XIV?
With advice from His Excellency Bishop Lorenz, my advisor and teacher, we have decided to participate in the universal sedevacantist cause and to attempt to elect an universal Pope that is suitable for all the members of the True Catholic Church. If we were to proceed with a papal election, we felt that the Western world would be poorly represented.
3. From whence do you derive your Apostolic Succession of Holy Orders?
We received our Apostolic Succession from the Bishops in China, who stayed faithful to Pope Pius XII, and did not go over to the Vatican II Sect, which means that 80% of the pre-Vatican 2 Bishops and their lineage are with us also that many of the older Bishops have since passed away, but their second and third generations are still keeping the Faith.
In Communist countries that have actively sought to persecute religion and try to block outer contact, surprisingly, is where we find many bishops of the True Church. These bishops most of the time just never heard of "Vatican II" because the regimes actively try to block all outer communication.

And so the fable evolves, being elaborated as the days pass by.
At the beginning, we were told that Zhong was not certain that the Polish actor & clownarch is a heretic and therefore a non-pope, but despite which, he (Zhong) had his election - on what basis under the heavens, I do not know! Now his thought has evolved so much that he sees that Wojtyla is merely an antipope. We are touched.
Zhong/Chung says: 1 "Before he (Pius XIV) passed, on his deathbed, His Holiness nominated myself and another person to the cardinalate." Then, in his very next letter, he says: 2 "I was made papal secretary after the death of Pope Pius XIV and after Cardinal Cheng had retreated into the monastic life."
This is an extraordinary contradiction. Either he was made 'cardinal' by Pius XIV before his (mythical) death, or after.
But of course, it is the most errant nonsense that anyone could be made 'Cardinal' or even 'Papal Secretary' after that particular 'pope' is dead! The feller is all nuts!
Zhong/Chung also very kindly feeds us the same lies that some of us want to hear: That there are mythical bishops hidden behind the Iron and Bamboo Curtains who are not aware and not corrupted by Vatican II!
Calling This Bluff
Robert Chung now pretends that he is not the same as Robert Zhong or Pius XIV. That is something that can be easily proved one way or the other, if anyone wishes to.
Take the list of persons who have signed the petition. Obviously, they are, or most of them, personal acquaintances. If Chung is at Yale, it should be easy to track him down. And if he is tracked down, it should be easy to track down these persons who signed the petition. And they will let the cat out of the bag.
