Dear Mr. Prakash J. Mascarenhas,I received your name and address from a Dr. Charles Mendoza, ph. s., 309 Mimulus St., Frederick, OK 73542.
The reason I am writing to you is because Dr. Mendoza told me that your are working on the election of the Pope. If that is true here is some very important news. A group of us in the United States and Europe are also working on the election of the Pope. We do not need more confusion. We cannot elect two Popes. The election must be as universal as we can make it.
