IS GOA INDIAN?

Very good try.

Please don’t get confused within your mind. At present, Goa is not free, but it was free during portuguese rule (dictatorship), is what you repeatedly write. If Goa is not free even after so much development and free rights provided by the Indian Government, how can it be free when the Portuguese invaders looted wealth, peace and culture from here?

If Indian army is terrorist, who were those portuguese who came here and destroyed temples and contaminated people by changing their religious identities? How can Goa be free when those (god knows which bastards) were dictating over Goa.

You claim that none of the Goans wanted to throw out the portuguese, please get your history right about Goa at least.

Say no one asked (please yourself) the Indian government to free Goa (invade in your sense?), who asked the hindu peace loving people of Goa whether their temples, houses, culture, trade, identity should be destroyed. Portuguese imposed their mischiefs by force, fraud and inducement right from their first foot step in Goa.

YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM STOCKHOLM SYNDROME. YOUR AND MANY A LIKES’ FOREFATHERS WERE TORTURED, RAPED. BUT STILL YOU FEEL THAT GOA WAS FREE DURING PORTUGUESE FANATIC RULE, YOU HAVE BECOME A SLAVE- A MENTAL SLAVE. HENCE NO ONE CAN PROVE ANY POINT TO YOU, YOU ARE NOT IN A STATE OF MIND TO UNDERSTAND.

I CAN ONLY ADVISE YOU. PLEASE SHOW PRACTICALLY IN WHAT YOUR SLAVERY TELLS YOU TO BELIEVE IN. GO TO THE COURT AND FILE A CASE AGAINST THE INDIAN GOVERNMENT WITH THE HELP OF NUREMBERG PRINCIPLES AND SHOW EVERY ONE WHAT SLAVES CAN DO.

Go to old goa and tell all the Indian tourists to go out of Goa, they are freely moving around on your slave communities land. Don’t allow the Archeological survey of India to maintain and preserve what portuguese had built by destroying the original developments. Don’t wear any clothes, be naked, unless they are 100% Goan or portuguese. Ban your vehicles, your computer, traveling by railways, by buses and so many things of Indian make. Don’t allow yourself to use what does not belong to you. Indian economy will decline and probably they might make you the king of your land of dream.
My challenge to you on this auspicious day
DON’T SIMPLY BARK, SHOW IT PRACTICALLY.

Awaiting your incense reply, can’t expect any worst words than your reply.

Hey — you got that exactly right. I won't bark: I will leave that to you dogs - Indian hypocrites!

I notice that you write using an email id that apparently enough was deliberately created merely to be used to write to me, to attack my ideological positions and me.

I am not confused. Yes, at one time, I was. I was confused by the brainwashing, the lies indoctrinated into me in school, in the Indian press and state media. But, no longer... I am now able to dispassionately dissect the lies I was fed and to demonstrate their utter falsehood.

Yes, Goa in the Portuguese Commonwealth is a free society. We, the Goans, had voluntarily sought the aid and assistance of the Portuguese to liberate us from the tyranny of Bijapur, and Portugal obliged us.

Having obliged us, we were grateful, and there was a relationship of amity and friendship between the two people. The Portuguese did not abuse our trust and affection; on the contrary, they reciprocated it and built up on it.

It is certainly true that the Goans had not sought specifically for the Portuguese - we had gone to the Vijayanagar Empire, beseeching it for aid. And it was the Emperor that suggested that we seek the aid of Portugal instead.

Again, as for Timoja, it is doubtful that he really desired the Portuguese to stay. Timoja, the then feudatory Lord of Goa, merely sought to play off one power against another and to emerge himself the sole power, the King, as it were, of Goa. As such, he had no real loyalty to any power - Vijayanagar, Gersoppa, Bijapur, whose king he also served as a feudatory, or Portugal, etc., each of which powers he served, at one time or the other, even as he schemed and manoeuvred to establish his own independent kingdom in Goa.

Again, it is true that the Goans had no conception of the religious program of the Portuguese or that they sought it or approved of it before asking Portugal for aid.

It has been alleged that the Portuguese staying on after forcing out Bijapur was a violation of faith. That is a modern fabrication. At no time did the Portuguese covenant to merely liberate Goa from Bijapur and not to stay on for themselves. Again, at no point did the Goans or Vijayanagar make any such provision in any prior agreement with the Portuguese. If there was, indeed any such agreement, please furnish it along with historical proof as to its authenticity.

When Portugal liberated us, Goa, for the second and final time on 25th November 1510, the Goans were truly grateful to them. This friendly feeling and the reciprocated friendly feeling of the Portuguese towards the Goans acted to cement ties and to fuse hearts and minds.

It was natural that Portugal should introduce Christianity into their possession. It was natural that they should do all that is legitimate in order for them to gain the voluntary accession of Goans to Christianity, which Christians always, and the Portuguese certainly then too, saw as Man’s Greatest Good - the one and only means of salvation.

It is forgotten that when Goa was liberated, there was an outpouring of European missionaries into Goa. Missionaries in this phase of Luso-Goan history, outnumbered the Portuguese soldiery, civilians, administrators and all other sectors combined by something like five to one. Missionaries came not merely from Portugal but from all over Catholic Europe - from Spain, Basque, France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, England, etc.

The great crowd of missionaries intensively worked the peoples of Goa and of the new territories added shortly thereafter - that of Bardes and Shasti (1543), producing a social catharsis resulting in Goans adopting Christianity in droves. v It is alleged, without being substantiated with real evidence, that Goans were compelled to adopt Christianity by the Portuguese. That is disproven from history.

This has been my constant challenge to the malefactors and those who idiotically and unthinkingly repeat their misrepresentation of historical facts relating to the events whereby the Goans en masse adopted Christianity: Prove your contentions of compulsions and duress leading to the conversions, or shut up and withdraw your slanders! I am always willing to deal with real evidence. The malefactors who act as advocates for Hinduism however are a bunch of cowards who can only hide in the dark and make unsubstantiated allegations without being able to, or for that matter, even attempting to substantiate their poisonous lies.

For one thing, Christians are forbidden to gain the accession of souls by any other means than a true conversion of heart and mind to the claims of Christ Jesus. Church Canon Law imposes severe penalties on those guilty of the infraction of this law.

The only legitimate exceptions are those which apply to criminals, rebels, etc., and which apply to minors who are the wards of the State.

Shortly after the expulsion of the recalcitrant Hindu remnant from Goa, after they had been permitted by the King of Bednore to settle his forest lands and to open it to agriculture, the King of Bednore saw that the Goans were excellent agriculturists and therefore he sent some of these expellees to return to Goa and to solicit further emigrations by Goans to open progressively further tracts and thus to augment his revenues.

The Goan Government under the Portuguese actively persuaded Goans to emigrate to Bednore to this purpose - which would be impossible if the earlier expulsion of the Hindus had rendered Goa a population deficient land.

Further, these Goan Christian emigrants in Bednore were largely first generation converts to Christianity, yet, despite now being free of the political domination of Portugal, did not regress to Hinduism but persisted in Christianity.

It is forgotten that following the further emigrations of Goans to Bednore in two further waves to escape the Anti-Christian depradations of Shivaji and Sambaji, the Goan Christian emigrant population in Bednore came to be nearly as large as the Goan Christian population resident in Goa itself, until the depradations of Tipu Sultan in the former Kingdom of Bednore destroyed it and reduced it substantially in size.

Yet another thing ignored and overlooked is that there was, in fact, an inflow of population into the Portuguese Pale from the territories of the Sultan of Bijapur that surrounded it. This continued long after the much reviled Inquisition had been established and begun its routine operations.

The immigrants were attracted not only by economic opportunities, but also more by the Gospel which missionaries preached to them in the Sultanate of Bijapur and which they were permitted to freely practice in Goa; also by the relatively superior Law & Order situation that obtained in Goa. Lastly, a great many traders and merchants flocked to Goa, which developed into a great entrepot under the Portuguese.

Jacobite Christians of India, along the Concan coast, long persecuted both by Hindus and Muslims, took refuge in Goa and acceded to Catholicism. Armenian and Georgian refugees from Islam flocked to Goa.

At this time, the Hindu reaction began. The Hindu privileged classes, largely a recalcitrant core of Brahmins and Kshatriyas began a campaign to intimidate the converts and to force them to revert to Hinduism, just as it is being done all over Hindu India today once again. This campaign of intimidation and subversion of the converts also bordered on sedition against the lawful authorities of the Goan government, under the Portuguese.

Given these facts, the missionaries complained to the King of Portugal, who is also the King of Goa. The King, after hearing delegations from the missionaries, from the Goan Government and from the Hindus, finally decided that, because of the mischief of the Hindu remnant in Goa, they should be ordered to either embrace Christianity or to evacuate Goa.

That order is fully justified. My ancestors were Brahmins, Gaud Saraswats. My family supplied the Chief Priests of the temple in our vaddo, and we had the hereditary right of first entry into the temple. But we freely converted to Christianity under the impetus of missionaries such as St. Francis Xavier and the host of other missionaries that evangelised us.

Hinduism, which is the same as Brahminism, despite pretensions of some groups to the contrary, is a vicious monstrousity. It is a crime against God and against humanity. It is inhumane. It is Hinduism that takes dumb beasts, inferior to man, and deifies them. And it is again Hinduism that takes men and dehumanises them, reducing them to a level lower than that of beasts.

Yet that is not the main reason why the Goans became Christians. We became Christians because we came to see the truth and merit of Christ and of Christianity without taking into consideration the evils of Hinduism.

As a matter of fact, it is true that Goans saw the merits of Christianity but not the evils of Hinduism; which is why they continued to practice, as did my Christian convert-ancestors, the inhuman and misanthropic Caste System as before. The realisation of the incompatibility of Christianity and of Manuwad has been largely left to our generation.

But it is a fact that the vast majority of Goa’s population of that time freely and voluntarily embraced Christianity. It was only a small and insignificant minority, size-wise, that held-out and which sought to create mischief, for which they were finally expelled.

These expellees never left off their fervent malice, hatred and urge for revenge against the Portuguese and against the Goans for having abandoned Hinduism for Christianity. For that reason, they have always schemed and plotted mischief against the Goans and against Goa.

Later, when the evil and anti-Catholic Pombal seized the reins of power, under a foolish, brainless King Joseph, he, Pombal, destroyed Goan Christianity in one fell swoop, by expelling the Jesuits, who ran the three or more Goan universities, the many colleges and schools, and thus bringing Goa to utter social and cultural ruin - the destruction of an educated Goan society.

Not only that, but he subverted Goa by forcibly bringing in the descendants of the expelled Hindus back into the Velhas Conquistas from the Novas Conquistas into which the bulk of them had resettled after their expulsion. By doing this, he permitted these miscreants to carry out their ancient, long-plotted program of subversion and revenge against us Goans from close quarters, at point blank range.

That mischief was finally fructified in the period 1954-1961, with the initial "Satyagrahic" invasions that succeeded in Dadra & Nagar Aveli, but which failed in Goa, Damao and Dio; so that the Great Hypocrite, Nehru, was forced to use naked force to achieve and realise his long-held ambition to Rape Goa - to seize and rob Goa from the Goans.

That mischief was mainly and principally instigated by the Hindus, descendants of these expellees. For this, Goa has Pombal and his malice to thank.

The People of Goa freely and voluntarily assimiliated to Portugal. As a result, Goa developed a hybrid, Luso-Concani culture of its own.

When the Portuguese saw that Goans were being subverted by the Hindus and being instigated to backslide into Paganism, they began to persuade Goans to adopt Portuguese names and culture as a means to prevent such reversions. That strategy has succeeded brilliantly, and it is therefore no great surprise that traitors and the enemy hate that policy with a venomous ferocity.

In fusing with Portugal, we, the Goans never faced racist attitudes from the Portuguese. European Racism was an innovation invented by Jean Chauvin aka John Calvin, a French priest who defected from Christianity and commenced the Calvinist, Presbyterian or Reformed schism. This heresy had its strongholds in Geneva, Switzerland, and in some other parts of Northern Switzerland, in the Netherlands or Low Countries, and in Scotland. Other Protestant societies too imbibed this heresy under forms and degrees.

But since Portugal, Spain and Italy remained solidly Catholic, Calvinism did not initially infect these peoples. The Portuguese freely accepted us as equals, interacted and inter-dined with us, married our daughters and gave us their daughters in marriage, all without any consciousness of any racial difference.

It is of course true that, especially in the latter part of Portuguese history, when a "Spirit of European Unity" and of "European-ness" began to develop, the Portuguese too came to be infected with White Racist attitudes. However, even then, it was never so thorough or as severe as with the English, Dutch, etc.

Goa has been called, and even denounced, as a Portuguese "Colony". That is wrong and false language - necessarily, the language of Idiots. Goa was never a Colony of the Portuguese. It had commenced as a Dependency and had gone on to become, under Pombal, constitutionally integrated into a new - and egalitarian - Community of Greater Portugal.

A Colony is a territory where the people of one country come in and displace the people already previously inhabiting that land and constitute themselves thereby the majority of the population of that land.

For a territory to qualify to be called a Colony, therefore, these necessary conditions must be found true:
  1. The territory subject to investigation must have been invaded and conquered by an alien people.
  2. There must have been a deliberate policy by the conquerors to settle the conquered land with Colonists immigrating in from the conquering society.
  3. There must be a deliberate effort to outnumber the aborigines, i.e. peoples inhabiting the land previous to the Conquest, and if that was necessary, even a deliberate policy to expel or perpetrate Genocide on these aborigines, so that the Colonists come to become the demographically dominant section of society inhabiting the land thenceforth.
Taking all these three necessary criteria, it is evident that Goa was never a Portuguese "Colony." If one looks around, it becomes evident that one does not need to be at a loss to identify a genuine Portuguese Colony. That is Brazil.

Brazil is the amalgamation of a number of Portuguese colonies into one superstate. Even so, as a new state combining all the Portuguese colonies in the vicinity, it is also, in itself, a Colony.

A State is not a Nation. A Nation is an Ethnological reality. A State is a Political entity.

In the early stages of man, kingdoms tended to be small, actually restricted to neighbourhoods. At that time, kingdoms and kings amounted to tens of thousands. Practically every village was a kingdom.

Gradually, a trend began of consolidation. Larger kingdoms and empires arose.

It has always been difficult to identify State and Nation as being one and the same reality.

A State inevitably includes native peoples who belong to distinctly different ethnic groups or nations. Usually, rather than not, it has taken some time and interaction among the peoples of a distinct territory before they had become accustomed to each other, and fused, if not into a single nation, then at least into a Community of Nations, under some kind of mutual arrangement between themselves.

Such an arrangement can be described as being the Communion of the Peoples of that State.

Usually, rather than not, there has tended to be groups which dominated the State, constituting the State as a matter of fact, and forming the nucleus around which the various nations fused into either a single new nation or into a Community of Nations at peace among themselves. Such groups are called Ascendancies. (eg. The Brahmin-Kshatriya Complex in the Indian Sub-Continent, the ibn-Saud extended family in Arabia, the WASP Complex or White, Anglo-Saxon Protestant Ascendancy in England, Scotland, the United States and the rest of the "Anglosphere", etc.)

It is commonly understood among peoples of the world that a people of a territory that is part of a State, whether or not such people constitute a distinct ethnic nationality as against the rest of the State’s peoples or its Ascendancy, or merely a fraction of a larger ethnic reality, are not justified in seceding from that State merely on the grounds that they either constitute a distinct ethnic people or that they have some disagreements with the rest of the State’s peoples.

The Continuity of territories of a State has never been, logically enough, the criteria to determine its unity and integrity. That is, merely because a stretch of the total possessions of a State is constituted by a non-continuous amalgamation of territories such as Conquests, it does not thereby constitute an insurmountable barrier to the peoples of the various non-contiguous stretches from coalescing into a legitimate Communion of Peoples as underlying the State.

We have for example, the United States of America, which consists of two distinct main amalgamated stretches of territories, usually designated as Mainland and as Alaska.

The Indian Union has been the most vociferous proponent of the doctrine that non-contiguity determines that a State’s territories are not integral.

Can the Indian Union therefore kindly stand up and demonstrate its much self-vaunted and self-trumpeted "moral gumption" and say that up-front to the United States?

Again, if we consider the situation of the Indian Union itself, we see that what it designates as being "North-East India" is bound to the main amalgamation of territories, the Mainland or Metropolitan India, if you will, by only a mere ribbon of a corridor, between Bangladesh on the South, and Nepal, Sikkim and Bhutan on the North.

Therefore, in application of the same principles, this "North-East India" ought to be designated as a "Non-Self-Governing Territory" which ought to be given the right to self-determination!

However, the only legitimate grounds for secession, regardless whether the seceding peoples are a distinct ethnic nationality in themselves or whether they are merely a fraction of one of the nationalities that constitute the population of the State, or even if a fraction of the sole or dominant nationality of the State, is when there is justification to show that their lives under the obtaining dispensation is intolerable and that they are therefore obliged to secede and thereby flee from that intolerable situation that obtains.

Such situations are encountered in the history of mankind. We see that Switzerland was founded by Germans, principally of the district of Schwyz, who rebelled against the intolerable government, taxation, etc., of the Austrian Germans.

The Riukhyu Archipelago had seceded from Japan for the same reason, and had been an independent kingdom for a long time until Japan invaded and annexed it.

The English Colonists of New England seceded from England for similar reasons.

Belgium - the Southern Low Countries - seceded from the Netherlands - the Northern Low Countries - on the grounds of severe religious differences and claims of persecution on grounds of religion, with the Netherlands being Calvinist and Belgium being Catholic, despite both being dominated by the Platsch-Deutsch speaking Dutch or Flemish - which is the identical language.

And so on and on. History is replete with such incidents.

In the Case of Goa, we, the Goans had freely acceded to Portugal. It is true that this was not by some plebiscite or legal document signed and covenanted between the two peoples - but then, it must be remembered that, at that time in history, such written agreements were the exception rather than the rule.

Therefore, by such free association on the part of the Goans, and freely reciprocated by the Portuguese of Metropolitan Portugal, we, the two peoples, along with other peoples of the Lusitanian Community, had freely become fused and thereby constituted into a National and Unitary Consciousness.

We, Goa as a distinct country, is a country that dates back to 1510. The Indian Union came into being in 1947. Legally, the Indian Union came into being as a result of the Acts of British Parliament by which the British possessions of the East Indies were reorganised. British India can be definitely dated to the Battle of Plassey and its aftermath, when the Dewanee (Tax-Collection Rights) of the semi-independent Mughal Empire provinces of Bengal, Orissa and Bihar was granted to them. That is about 1757 - about 250 years later than the foundation of Goa!

In 1937, on the grounds that certain territories were dominated by Buddhists, Burma and Ceylon were separated from India by the Universal Consent of the remaining Indians - a fact that was underlined by Subhashchandra Bose’s acceptance of Burma as not being a part of India, and seeking to reach the British defined boundary of British India, in order to claim to have liberated, at least, some stretch of India.

In 1947, similarly, the remnant was partitioned to give the Dominions of Pakistan and India.

India, promptly upon attaining to independence, reconstituted itself as the Indian Union.

I was born and brought up in Bombay, in the Indian Union. I was schooled in Indian schools. From the beginning, I saw the iniquity of the arrangement, most particularly, by which a Muslim "nation" was fabricated and hived-off from India.

The same procedure has been repeated to hive off a new fabricated Muslim nation of Bosnia, named after the Bosna river, for Muslim Serbs in West Serbia.

The Principles which animated these moves are contrary to human civilisation and, even today, whatever my differences with the Indian Union, I cannot and will not accept that what is defined as the "Defining Doctrine" of Pakistan, "Jinnahism" is legitimate and to be countenanced on any ground whatsoever.

Accepting such an idea will make shipwreck of mankind, of nations and of states of whatever ethnicity.

If this principle is to be granted, what is to prohibit the application of this principle to any other country in the world? Just because one section of a people practice and believe in a religion different from the majority, it cannot, without any other causes, serve as sufficient justification for the secession of these people.

Yet, just as much as I saw clearly enough the absolute iniquity of the Jinnah Doctrine, I was even more amazed by the absolute refusal of the Indian State — and People — to make any efforts whatsoever to bring about a negation of that unjustified and unjustifiable partition of India.

As a student of history, it becomes evident, quickly enough, that this predicament that India faced and faces, is not unique.

In the case of the USA, the same thing had happened during the Presidency of Abraham Lincoln, when most of the South seceded. Lincoln fought and refused to yield to them, and thus the USA was preserved in its unity.

Again, a similar situation developed in Switzerland, when in the face of the mischief of the Protestant dominated Cantons, the Catholic Cantons seceded under the leadership of the Sonderbund. Then too, unity was upheld and enforced by military means.

In more recent times, we have had the partitions of Germany, Korea, Vietnam, Yemen, Ireland, Cyprus, Lebanon, etc.

In each of these cases, the peoples agitated continuously and relentlessly, in sharp contrast to the attitudes of the Indians, for the reunification of their countries.

In the case of Germany, the Free Germany or the Deutsch Bundesrepublik legally recognised the right of the eastern provinces, then constituted by the Russian Communists into a breakaway "Ost-Repubulik" to accede to Federal Germany. This constitutional provision always maintained an intolerable pressure upon the Ost-Republik, finally bringing about its downfall and its reabsorption into a united Germany.

China is a particularly ferocious practitioner or guardian of the unity of its territory - even of its so-called "One China" policy. It has acted savagely against the Tibetans, and never ceases to threaten Taiwan.

In the face of all this, the placid, universal and general insouciance and complacency of the Indians literally beggars belief.

Not only this, but it is a fact that when the Kingdom of Jammu & Kashmir acceded to the Indian Union, a part of it has been encroached upon by Pakistan. Despite the passage of so many years, and in sharp contrast to the Indian Union’s eternally reiterated claim and pretension that this part, collectively called by it the POK or Pak-Occupied Kashmir, is an integral part of the Indian Union under the unlawful occupation of Pakistan, it remains an eternal fact that not only has the Indian Union neglected to take any steps to obtain an evacuation of this territory and its restoration, but that it has actually and deliberately refused several opportunities to reclaim that stretch by recoursing to military means or any other means for that matter.

On the contrary, by the Simla Pact, the Indian Union has solemnly covenanted with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan that it is willing to accept the Ceasefire Line, or the Line of Control, as the actual international boundary between the Indian Union and Pakistan, thereby legitimising Pakistan’s absorption of the POK.

Needless to add, such a promise, which is legally binding upon the Indian Union by a free and voluntary offer that is part of a written and signed treaty, demonstrates nothing more than its’, the Indian Union’s, basic and utter contempt for peoples and their rights!

Today, studying the Indian Sub-Continent and its history, we see that it was partitioned by the British many times and that what was once one political state is now something like 6 sovereignties.

From East to West, these are: Burma, the Indian Union, Bangladesh, Ceylon, Pakistan and the Maldives.

This is not the end of the confusion. There is more.

The Indian Union claims and pretends, on the one hand, that it is the legal successor state-in-title of the erstwhile British India. This claim is upheld, to an extent, by the actions of the United Nations in not requiring the Indian Union to tender a fresh application for membership, and requiring only these other states to make such an application.

As Successor State, it, the Indian Union, gets its legal title from the British and was actually constituted as a State, and also granted its independence, by the British Parliament by and through its Acts. This is always the legal title of the Indian Union.

As a successor state, the Indian Union is heir to its predecessor state’s rights, liabilities and obligations.

However, in fact, the Indian Union makes a contradictory claim. It disavows and disowns any connection with England, when in actual fact and in law, it is a successor state to England, in that it is a successor state to a state that was under English sovereignty.

If it is true that the Indian Union commenced absolutely of itself, by some mind-boggling kind of auto-genesis from nothing, without any legal connection and dependence upon the predecessor state, the British East Indian Empire, then it cannot claim and pretend to succeed to that erstwhile state’s rights.

Further, the legal basis of the Indian Union, as it officially claims, is not that it was so and duly constituted as a successor state of the British rights and claims over India, but by the Indian Peoples covenanting together.

If the latter is true, then the Indian State can have no right and no obligation upon NON-INDIC peoples and civilisations over which sovereignty was bestowed upon it as being in succession to the British East Indian Empire.

Now, admittedly, from the anthropological and ethnological viewpoint, the Mizos and Nagas, to merely take two case studies, are no more Indian than the Esquimaux, Manchus or the Zulus are Indian.

The only legal right that India can levy upon these peoples and upon their loyalties and allegiance is that of being successor to the sovereignty that England had won by right of military conquest upon these peoples.

Yet, precisely, England had also won the same right of sovereignty by means of military conquest over the actual Indic peoples of the East Indies. And it is precisely this claim of sovereignty won over India that the Indian Union rejects. Upon what, then, I ask, does the Indian State base its claim to the loyalties and allegiance of the Mizos and of the Nagas?

India claims that it has always sought to negate and reverse the English Conquest, and to restore their former Rights and Conditions that obtained before the intrusion of England into the East Indies.

Yet it is precisely that same idea which is the base upon which the Mizos and the Nagas act. They too reject and deprecate the British Empire, imposed upon them by the force of arms, and seek to restore their Rights and Conditions that obtained before the intrusion of England into their respective homelands.

Therefore, India practices utter and self-evident hypocrisy in insisting upon its rights to impose itself upon the Mizos and Nagas, etc., by right of a succession that they fundamentally deny as to having any obligation upon themselves! That is, it is self-evident and incontrovertible that the Indian State is applying outright double standards - one for itself and another, contrary one, for those peoples who have become unfortunate enough to be bequeathed as imperial trophies to the Indians by the departing Englishman!

But the Indian Union’s hypocrisy and double standards do not end with merely this.

I have already dissected the Indian State’s pretensions over the Mizos and the Nagas, and having evidently demonstrated beyond controversy that these pretensions are utterly devoid of any moral or legal basis.

Added to these false pretensions is the Indian Union’s stubborn, irrational, and imperialistic triumphalism whereby she (the Indian Union) insists on inflicting its unwanted and unsought-for advances upon these victim nations of the Mizos and Nagas, etc.

But, it is further even more astounding and hypocritical of the Indian State to claim for itself this "right" to an involuntary absorption (for example, of the non-Indic Mizos and Nagas) into itself even while it "indignantly" and persistently denies to the Portuguese Commonwealth — not only to the Portuguese, but also to the Goans — the right to fuse themselves voluntarily and freely into one political community!

We see that the Indian Union vociferously propagates itself as a "Champion" of "anti-Imperialism" and "anti-Colonialism".

Yet, we also see that the very same Indian Union is by its very own nature a practitioner, not of a pretended, but of a very real and incontrovertibly proven Imperialism and Colonialism.

Thus it insists on holding on to peoples and their homelands who are by no stretch of imagination Indian, by right of Imperialistic succession to the Empire of the Englishman, as for example, over the Mizos and the Nagas.

And it is a relentless and shameless practitioner of Colonism — It has inflicted Bengali colonists on Assam, the Khasi & Jaintia Hills, on Tripura, etc. It colonises actively the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and the native peoples are so utterly exterminated that fewer than two hundred of them remain. It colonises actively the Marches of Madhya-Desa and the Deccan — the tribal and hilly tracts of the Vindhyas that constitute the Santhal, Munda, Ho, etc. countries or homelands ("Jharkhand", "Chhatisgarh", etc.)

It inflicts the "Hindi" language, the language of the Ascendancy, of the Imperial Masters of India, over all other subject peoples of India, as their "national" language!

And thus, we see that the Indian Union practises these same things, Imperialism and Colonialism, itself, truly and factually, as against the falsely imputed charges of these same crimes made against the Portuguese Commonwealth, against Goans and Portuguese!

Therefore, taking all these facts into consideration, all legal and moral facts, we can sum up the facts as these:
  1. It becomes evident that the Indian Union had and has no legal or moral basis whatsoever to interfere in the internal affairs of the Portuguese Commonwealth - which was and is eminently a fully legitimate State - or to claim any kind of pretended right as to whether on not the Goans choose to remain in Political Communion with the Portuguese - that being purely and simply the internal affairs of an eminently legitimate State, the Portuguese Commonwealth;
  2. No grounds to allege dissatisfaction or persecution of the Goans at the hands of the Portuguese;
  3. No grounds to seek to stoke or foment or instigate dissatisfaction and / or sedition among Goans against the Portuguese Commonwealth.
Therefore, we are forced to conclude that:
  1. The actions of 1954-1961 are totally and entirely devoid of all and every basis or claim of any base in morality or law; that
  2. These actions are null and void ab initio and that
  3. The Indian Union has committed the same gross violations of law and morality as the Indian Union alleges that Pakistan has perpetrated in the case of that territory that the Indian Union designates as the POK.
Coming further to the Occupation of Goa, an integral and legal part of the Portuguese Commonwealth, against all norms of law and of morality, by the Indian Union, one is confronted by the claims or allegations made on behalf of the Indian Union that:
  1. Goa is now "free" under Indian auspices;
  2. That India has brought democracy;
  3. That India has brought about development.
We are faced with some fundamental facts that irritate, agitate and militate against any kind of reconciliation with the Indian Union.

The Indians claim that we are now free. And pray: How did this come to be?

Did the Goans freely decide, whether legitimately or otherwise, to secede from the Portuguese Commonwealth? Did the Goans achieve of and by themselves the expulsion of the State of the Portuguese Commonwealth from Goa, their homeland?

Added to these fundamental Questions, there is an even more fundamental Question that affects our rights and dignity as a human people, as a society composed of human beings with all the consequent rights and dignities of human individuals and societies.

That is this fundamental Question: Granted that Goa is now a part of the Indian Union, how did this come about? Did the Goans freely and sovereignly accede to the Indian Union?

We are not children. The Indian Union has been telling us lies, feeding us lies continuously from 1947, and now practically unchallenged since 1961. We find ourselves in an uncomfortable, humiliating circumstance and we salve our conscience by lying to ourselves, by seeking to lull the agitation that eternally stresses our hearts and minds.

Certainly, not every one who is legally a Goan is so stressed. Certainly, not everyone who is Goan looks upon the events of 1954-1961 with disquiet and humiliation, with the mortifying consciousness that will never go away, and which eternally troubles us, despite all the lies and lullabies the Indian Union sings to us, and which we join in singing to ourselves, in order to leaden our minds and hearts, to deaden and deny the pain, the insult and the injury inflicted upon us as human beings, as a society of men, to our very dignity as human beings.

It is evident that the Hindu Goans are eminently pleased and unabashedly exult in this situation, one which they have no qualms in owning to have played the most significant part in bringing about.

And that is what separates the True Goan from the False Goan; the Patriot from the Traitor.

And this is true even when we factor into the equation that a great many Goan Christians too collaborated with the invader, with the Rape of Goa - Tristão da Cunha e Bragança, Tino de Melo, Julião Menezes, Francisco Mascarenhas, Lamberto Mascarenhas, Cristovão Furtado, José Francisco Martins, etc., etc.

That fundamental fact is this: Not only was the Indian Union’s interference unjustified, contrary to all norms of morality and law, immoral and illegal, but also that its occupation and annexation of Goa without reference to the Goans, to the legal citizens and constituents of the Constitutional Entity that was and is Goa, even to its Brazen and Contemptuous Disregard of the Sovereign Rights of the Goan People: All this intensely and perpetually militates against all the pretensions and lying claims forwarded by the Invader and Rapists of Goa and all their Goan stooges, the Quislings.

Therefore, it is evident that India had stirred itself to this unspeakable and unconscionable Crime on the false and self-destructive misconception that in so doing, they would only be victimising a small and weak people who would not be able to counter its sheer bulk and size. But this is the very basis of its error, and the very reason why it will suffer inevitably the just punishment that is due to it.

For in contravening justice and truth, they have not merely attacked mere men and merely a people. They have attacked the Living God, Who is Justice and Truth, and who will Exact.

The Indian Union was instigated by the Soviet Union, by Yugoslavia, by the Africans, Sri Lankans, Egyptians, etc. See how each of them has fared, receiving the just and due punishment at the hands of God.

The Soviet Union is no more, broken into seventeen independent countries, and yet more seeking fervently to emerge: Chechenya, Dagestan, Abkhazia, the Trans-Dniester, the Gagauz, etc.

We have all been witness of the late punishment meted out to Yugoslavia and to its utter dismemberment.

Sri Lanka is troubled by a long and severe war, with a people made victim of Sinhalese Colonialism and Imperialism waging a bitter war for liberation.

Egypt is reduced to an American lackey, but it will suffer even more.

Africa is racked by wars and wars and wars; by the scourge of AIDS and other scourges.

Praise the Lord! His Justice Endureth Forever!

Now it is time for the Indian Union. And it too shall face the same fate as its spiritual mother, Babylon. Like Babylon too, it shall fall, with a great noise, and all the world shall look on and be astonished!

So much for Goan "freedom" under the Indian bandits’ Occupation!

Democracy

It is true that Portugal under Salazar was not a democratic state. However, it was that this affliction was not restricted to Goa, but was extended to the entire Portuguese Commonwealth. All the inhabitants of the Portuguese Commonwealth were dissatisfied at this state of affairs, and sought by various means to remedy it.

That, however, never can provide justification for the program to promote and instigate sedition among the constituent peoples of the Portuguese Commonwealth on the part of foreigners, such as the Indians, etc.

Again, coming to the present situation, it is not at all true that Goa under the Bandits is a democracy. It is not a democracy because the legal constituents of Goa have not been permitted to freely express their sovereign right of self-determination, without interference of the invaders and in the absence of the invaders. There has, in fact, been no plebiscite of any kind whatsoever.

This great evil is further ramified by the immoral extension of the Indian Union’s "laws" to Goa, whereby, as against Goan Law, the Constituents of Goa residing without its boundaries are not recognised as such but are utterly deprived of their rights as citizens and constituents of Goa.

And, by contrast, people of the Indian Union, who self-admittedly are not constituents of Goa under Goan Law are "recognized" by the Bandits as constituting Constituents of Goa, and thus determinants of Goan Destiny and of the character and composition of its "Government", the illegal and criminal Collaborationist Apparatus of the Occupation.

This makes utter nonsense of the pretension that Goa, under the Bandits, is a "Democracy."

Development

Let us take up the allegation that the Indian Union has brought about "development" of Goa as a consequence of the Occupation.

Goa was a self-sufficient territory. Under the impact of the blockade imposed by the terrorist Nehru, in order to terrorise and intimidate the Goans into an abject surrender to slavery under the Indian Union, Goa was forced to develop its resources and become self-sufficient.

This it did with a resounding success, accruing a surplus in its annual budgets for years until the invasion.

Under the Occupation, the Indian Union has consistently from the very beginning told us that Goa is not viable economically and that it should therefore be absorbed into one or the other neighbouring provinces of Bombay or Mysore.

Yet it is a known fact that the Indian Union has been collecting, under "Central Revenues", huge sums of monies by way of taxes, duties, etc., from the mining operations itself, besides from the operation of the Port of Mormugao, the earnings of foreign exchange from the exports of Goan agro-products, and from remittances from Goan expatriates.

At a given, this is pegged at an annual conservative figure of 30,000 million rupees. By contrast, the Goan budget is relatively insignificant compared to this figure, and the monies reverted out of the Indian Union’s budget to the Occupation Apparatus is relatively contemptible - a laughable 50 to a 100 million rupees.

Yet, even for this, the Indian Union has been wailing and weeping, ruing having to make even such a small repatriation!

Take "Development" from another angle. The Portuguese never felt the need to build large bridges in Goa. That was left to the Occupation. They built bridges over the River Mandovi connecting Ponjhe and Betim (the Ponte da Betim) and over the Sandalcalo River between Pequeno Damao and Grao Damao (the Ponte da Damao). Both of these bridges were and are shoddy works as compared to the Portuguese bridges. Both these bridges and other bridges that the Indians built have consistently collapsed with loss of lives. So much for "Development".

The proper name for this "development" is brazen, daylight robbery!

Today, under the Occupation, we are told, officially, that Goa is the most developed or advanced "province" (pradesh) of the Indian Union.

I ask: How did this come about? What part of the contributions towards this was made by the Indian Union, if at all?

It is a matter of fact that the sole reason for the advancement of the Goan people is because of the Portuguese; because the Portuguese accepted us as their equals and grafted us into Portuguese civilization.

Despite the official demonisation of the Portuguese, it is in fact precisely because of the Portuguese that Goa is culturally far more advanced that India.

When one considers and compares them, one can see the immense difference in attitudes and developments achieved by the Portuguese Dispensation in Goa and of the Indian Occupation of Goa!

That is an outstanding vindication of Portugal and of the Portuguese in Goa!

LEGAL REMEDIES

Goa is a fit case for the application of the principles further elucidated by the Nuremberg Trials of the Nazis. Goa has a fit case to apply to Courts of Law and to seek and to secure Justice.

That, however, is only so in the realm of theory. In practice, Courts do not dispense Justice. They are driven by the need to justify their masters.

Goa has already applied to the International Court of Justice at the Hague in the Dadra & Nagar-Aveli case, and that Court has already demonstrated its hypocrisy.

The Courts of "Justice" maintained by the Indian Union have also demonstrated their hypocrisy in response to several actions in regard to the Indian Union’s shameless crimes against Goa, not the least, the Case of Fr. "Chico" Monteiro.

There is the Judicial Apparatus of the European Community, which could be moved in order to compel Portugal and the World Community to acknowledge the facts, at least morally.

There too, however, the prospects of securing Justice are extremely remote, as that Apparatus too is driven by the need to justify the ideology of its masters, the European Community.

Therefore, there are only two courts left to us. One is that of God, who is not swayed by false considerations.

The second is of the machine-gun and of the battlefield, and I promise the perpetrators of the Rape of Goa - Indians, Goans or whatever, that they will eventually see Justice meted out in that Court. It is not a matter of "If"; it is a matter of "When."

Other Matters

Certainly, we will eventually end the Desecration of Goan Christian sites by the infidels of the ASI, and we will seek out and CONDIGNLY punish all who served in the ASI, as in every other sector of the Occupation Apparatus, as criminals and terrorists.

On that score, you may assure yourself of our unrelenting determination.

You are an imbecile of the first degree when you suggest that we, the Goans, should go about naked rather than wear clothes manufactured by Indians. Or that we should not use cars, etc., of "Indian" make.

You are not only an utter imbecile: You are also a Hypocrite. Which, in an Indian, in natural and not something strange or extra-ordinary.

It is a known fact that until the advent of Tata Motors’ "Indica" there was not a single car that was designed and manufactured purely by Indians. Even the Indica is designed by foreigners on contract, and not by Indians.

The FIAT Padmini is Italian; the Ambassador is British; the Shaktimaan trucks used by the Indian armed forces are German; the Maruti Suzuki is Japanese.

The only automobiles that can be called "indigenous" to a great extent, are the designer, made to order vehicles turned out by Dilip Chhabria.

Everything in India, from the safety pin to the cycle to the car to the bus to the military aircrafts and other hardware is manufactured in India under licence from their foreign designers and original manufacturers and with the attendant payment of loyalties.

India is still struggling to launch its own aircraft, private or military. It has still to design and manufacture a purely Indian car, leave alone trucks, buses, trains, aeroplanes, helicopters, etc.

It has built warships and submarines under license from France and Russia. It is so incapable of building aircraft carriers, that in the end, it has abandoned the extravagant costs of reinventing the wheel, and has resorted to negotiations to purchase a third rate and that too long-retired Russian Aircraft-Carrier, the Admiral Gorshkov!

The Aircraft-Carriers, Vikrant (Hermes) and the Viraat are, for your kind information, of British make.

India’s missiles are of Russian and French, and now also, Israelian, makes. "Indigenisation" is merely mixing and modifying parts of these systems.

India manufactures no computers of its own - Astounding! But true! It merely assembles parts imported largely from Japan, Taiwan, etc. This is something that I have personally discovered, in seeking for cheaper computers. If India manufactured its own computers, the prices would fall down to something like five to ten thousand rupees or perhaps even less, so that it would become universally affordable. But the Indians have no vision whatsoever — only loud and empty braggadocio.

They are eminently capable of making movies that show off utter humiliations and defeats - such as the Kandahar Air-Hijack - as resounding successes - More Utter Hypocrisy!

One would think that the Indians, like the Israelians, have staged some kind of Entebbe Raid on the Taliban hijackers at Kandahar Airport. Far from it.

The Indians are so contemptible in the face of any determined enemy that they cannot even stage a commando raid and seizure of an hijacked civilian aircraft even when these hijackers are located on your own turf, in the domain of the Indian Union, leave alone in Kabul or Kandahar or Muscat or wherever. Remember the Rubina Sharief affair? India is eminently contemptible.

Thrice, in Fiji, anti-Indian military coups were staged. The Indians can do nothing but twiddle thumbs. The Indian Navy is vaunted to be one of the world’s best - In Your Fantasies, baby, In Your Fantasies!

Sitiveni Rabuka and George Whatshisname in puny and little Fiji have got away by tweaking your noses and for all your famous bravado, you can only jingle the bangles that the brave and courageous Coolies of the Indian navy sport.

You are sooooo contemptible. Just on the 20th of December, when I had opened my mail and found your contemptible snivellings, I was sitting in this cybercafe in Ponjhe. Besides me was a Swede. I was also scanning the headlines of the local newspaper.

The Navhind Times of that date has, on page 14, an article, "Indian Navy Becoming Most Powerful In Indian Ocean". Wow! Like you coolies can fantasise!

Only in your daydreams! Only in your daydreams!

I had a very good laugh. I drew the attention of the Swede to this fantastic bravado.

Yes, "Becoming the Most Powerful Navy" in the Indian Ocean, indeed! Yes, the US Navy in Diego Garcia and other places, the Australians, the British, the French, the Chinese, all of them have humbly acknowledged the Racial Superiority of the Coolies and their Coolie Navy and have humbly folded their tents and stolen away from the Indian Ocean, leaving off the Indian Ocean on a platter to the monopoly of the Coolies.

Yay! Yipee! Lets break out the Mahua! Pass on the Ganja and the Bhang, folks! We are in Paradise!

You, Coolistan, are a Superpower! You are invincible! You are Awesome!

Only in your dream, pardner, only in your dreams! Keep smoking pot and keep dreaming! You can bully small neighbours like Goa and Sikkim and the Khasis and Manipur, but you cannot even take on the might of Pakistan! And here you are dreaming that you have displaced your betters! Like, really, wow! Wow! Wow!

This is enough. I am struck speechless over your magnificently fantastic braggadocio!
