The Nation, Karachi. 31st October 1998.
MIRPUR (NNI) - The Amir of the Markaz-ud-Dawat-al-Irshad, Prof. Hafiz Saeed has said that India has almost sealed its borders with Pakistan "but the diehards know how to sneak their way through into Kashmir to become part of the freedom movement there."
"Our Jehad is not limited to any geographical division since our armed struggle against Kufr (Refusal of Islam) continues," he said.
Addressing a seminar on Ghazwa-e-Hind, (The War on India), on Friday, he said that Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should try to rely on itself because no one can parallel Allah. He urged all the armed factions in Kashmir to join hands to teach a lesson to the Indian Army for killing innicent women and seventy thousand Kashmiris. Mujahideen belong to the Lashkar-e-Tayyaba for quite some time are busy in making heavy losses to the Indian Army in the Valley of Kashmir."
