EIP: Namak-Harami: Am I Disloyal?

© Prakash J. Mascarenhas, Bombay, India.
In all matters we must strive that we not be, as the beasts, mastered by our passions, but that we master our passions by reason, morality and law.
I am acutely aware that, being born and resident in the Indian Union, I will be accused of being disloyal towards it - a Namak-Haram.

However, there is no justification to such a charge.

If the Indian Union disliked me and my ideological position, it has the natural right to extern me from its territories, and I would be forced to return to my own country. However, precisely, my country is under the patently illegal and unjustified occupation of the Indian Union. Therefore, where can I go? For, from the viewpoint of the Indian Union, given its occupation of my country, the EIP, whether I am resident in the EIP or in the Indian Union, is immaterial, for it administers and considers the EIP to be an integral part of itself. Therefore, if I oppose it, it is immaterial (from the Indian Union's viewpoint) whether I am resident in Bombay or in Goa, for the Indian Union still considers me to be resident under its jurisdiction.
