EIP: Procedures For War

©Prakash J. Mascarenhas, Bombay, India.
In my page, Principles of Christian Warfare, I have set out the Principles by which we ought to be guided in this matter.

However this is not the sum of the matter. In undertaking this task, we must perform certain necessary preparatory works.

We must first of all set up organizations that are to work towards this end, both political, military and organizational. We will need to set up a Provisional Government, most probably in Exile, and most preferably in Lisbon.

We will need to collect funds and properties, secure the services of experienced persons, and set up military training camps.

We will need to procure arms and military vehicles: boats, ships, aircrafts, etc.

We will need a Corps of Scientists and Researchers, to develop weapons and the means to deliver them, etc.

We will need a Corps of Ideologues, Zelators and Strategists. And so on.

Finally, we must bear this in mind, and strongly, that for better or for worse, our womenfolk too must be involved in this endeavour, not as subordinates, but as equals. For while we are fighting, it is on them that the brunt of the reaction will fall. Therefore, they too have to be involved and fight alongside us, shoulder to shoulder.

This effort will take time and money. But if we must seriously undertake this task, then we must undertake it with careful preparation and precision, so that we succeed in our end, and not be prematurely tested and overthrown, even before the work has caught on.

Portugal's Responsibility

Portugal continues to bear a responsibility towards the EIP and is bound by moral law to assist us in our endeavour to vacate the Indian Union's aggression and constitute ourselves as an Independent State, being aided in the process by Portugal as the Trustee for the EIP.

Portugal must aid us with arms and military training, and with diplomacy, etc.
