Gary Giuffre: The Ratzinger Report
On 19 April 2005, the Catholic world was assaulted by yet another brain-numbing illusion staged by the conciliar church in Rome and its obliging accomplices in mass deception, the Judeo-Masonic controlled news media. From the conclave emerged yet another agent-provocateur of the "Church of Darkness," masquerading as the new Vicar of Christ, but who is in reality the fifth actor in a series of modern-day, revolutionary antipopes since 28 October 1958, when Angelo Roncalli, a.k.a., "John XXIII," first appeared on the papal balcony, pretending to be head of the Catholic Church.
In lock-step with the conciliar church, the secular news apparatus has assured the public that Joseph Ratzinger, a.k.a., "Benedict XVI," is a "strict conservative," a "doctrinarian," and "hardliner." Indeed, to play his role convincingly as a "friend" of Catholic tradition, Ratzinger recently lashed out at what he called "the dictatorship of relativism"; denounced the ordination of women as a "serious attack on the unity of the Church"; and condemned homosexuality as "a moral evil." Throwing a few bones like these to na�ve Catholics is apparently all it takes to convince them that Ratzinger, who was a member of the Modernist "Rhine group" at Vatican II, is now a of champion Catholic orthodoxy.

And what exactly are the views of Joseph Ratzinger, the former Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, on the basic teachings of the Catholic Church?
For the answer, the reader does not have to look any further than Ratzinger�s revealing book, Principles of Catholic Theology; Building Stones for a Fundamental Theology, 1987, Ignatius Press, San Francisco. The following passages, taken from this work, tell much about the faith of the conciliar church�s new "conservative" leader.
On The Historical Reality of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ

More of the same
So far, Joseph Ratzinger has never repudiated the ideas in his published works thus cited, nor abjured his blatant heresies, nor recanted even his blasphemous denial of the central doctrine of the Catholic Faith, as quoted above.Yet his followers include many "conservative" novus ordo Catholics, and even some "traditionalists."
They seem unaware of his defection from the Faith of Jesus Christ, or even if they are conscious of it, have imagined, through wishful-thinking, that he will correct course, reject the policies of the conciliar "popes," and bring about a halt in the direction that the Vatican has been headed during the last 47 years.
Such notions should have been dispelled, however, when on the day after his "election," Ratzinger pledged to continue the implementation of Vatican II, thus guaranteeing that, for a while longer, the demolition operation against the Catholic religion will go on unabated, from the pinnacle of the ecclesiastical headquarters in Rome.
To a great extent, Ratzinger choreographed the activities of his mentor, Karol Wojtyla, during the last 15 years of his life. And now, after remaining partly behind the curtains, the puppet-master has emerged upon center stage.
A grave and present danger for the Church
To keep the uninformed Catholic faithful "within the fold" of the conciliar church for as long as possible, Ratzinger will likely initiate a number of impostures to make the hopelessly gullible believe that the return of the "good old days" at their local parishes is just around the corner.To entice the war-weary traditionalists to abandon their independent Latin Mass centers and accept the deadly embrace of the apostate church and its devilish leader, there may be a much wider use of the Tridentine Mass, or some variation thereof, granted with official sanction, at convenient times and at nearby churches as a tempting alternative to the long journeys usually necessary to access a senior, independent Trent Mass priest.
But if what now passes for the venerable liturgy in the conciliar church is offered mostly by clergy who are under 60, ordained in the doubtful "new rite," and, in particular, by bishops invalidly consecrated since 1968, then the newly "legalized" Latin Masses in many places will be nothing more than sacrilegious pantomimes of the Holy Sacrifice.
If such a masquerade should occur on a large scale, it will simply be to prolong the delay in organized resistance by the last remaining true bishops in the world.
Those prelates with episcopal jurisdiction from Pope Pius XII, whose apostolic succession predates and bypasses the entire era of the bogus conciliar establishment, now number only about 70, worldwide.
If present trends continue much longer, the infernal enemy may soon believe that he is within reach of achieving his ancient goal: to make apostolic succession evaporate, and along with it, any possibility, humanly speaking, that the true Church, driven underground for nearly half a century, could again elect a true Pope.
The Messianic "King"
But such is not the only agenda of Joseph Ratzinger. For the new usurper of the papal apartments has an ultimate objective — to deliver what little is left of Christian elements in society over to the future political and religious leader of the Jews, the long-awaited Jewish "king," who will be hailed by the rabbinical leaders as their "messiah" — and also by the deluded Protestant evangelicals, as the Christian "messiah" returned to earth to rule the world for a thousand years.The Jewish and evangelical "messiahs," by then, will have merged into the same person, since the belief in a thousand-year messianic reign, known as "Millenarianism," which is the all-encompassing obsession of Protestant fundamentalists, is a throw-back to the false Messianism of the Jews, by which they hoped to establish their lordship over the entire world. It prevented most of them from accepting the spiritual kingdom of Our Lord during His public life.
For, even shortly before His Ascension, His own disciples asked Him: "Lord, wilt Thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?" (Acts 1:6)
This time, the coming "messiah" that the Jerusalem rabbis and American TV preachers have in mind will not be Jesus Christ returned in glory and majesty to judge the living and the dead, but His satanic counterfeit, the "man of sin."
As head of the Pontifical Biblical Commission, Joseph Razinger provided a gigantic endorsement to Judeo-Protestant Messianism, by his publication in November 2001 of a 214 page report, "The Hebrew People and Their Sacred Scriptures in the Christian Bible." This blasphemous screed denies that Jesus Christ should be viewed as the sole and unique fulfillment of the prophecies of the Old Testament sages regarding the true Messiah and Redeemer of the world.
Repeat: Christ is no longer to be considered as the only "messiah" of mankind.
In light of the "Holocaust," the report contends, the Jews expectation of their "messiah," who is still to come, is legitimate, effective, and salvific for them.
Ratzinger�s Biblical Commission triumphantly declares:

" ...Can Christians, after all that has happened, still claim in good conscience to be the legitimate heirs of Israel�s Bible?Thus, with the stroke of a pen, Ratzinger attempted to cancel out 2000 years of Christian teachings on Sacred Scripture, concerning the historical events recounted in the Old Testament, and their connection with Jesus Christ.
"Have they the right to propose a Christian interpretation of this Bible, or should they not instead, respectfully and humbly, renounce any claim that, in the light of what has happened, must look like a usurpation?
The second question follows from the first: In its presentation of the Jews and the Jewish people, has not the New Testament itself contributed to creating a hostility towards the Jewish people that provided a support for the ideology of those who wished to destroy Israel? ...
In the light of what has happened, what ought to emerge now is a new respect for the Jewish interpretation of the Old Testament.
On this subject, the Document says two things.
First it declares that "the Jewish reading of the Bible is a possible one, in continuity with the Jewish Scriptures of the Second Temple period, a reading analogous to the Christian reading, which developed in parallel fashion"...
It adds that Christians can learn a great deal from a Jewish exegesis practiced for more than 2000 years; in return, Christians may hope that Jews can profit from Christian exegetical research ...
I think this analysis will prove useful for the pursuit of Judeo-Christian dialogue, as well as for the interior formation of Christian consciousness ..."
Examples would include the founding of the Covenant between God and the Patriarch Abraham; the release from Egyptian bondage of the ancient Israelites by Moses, and; the establishment of the kingly lineage of David. Indeed, all had but one purpose: to bring the one, true Redeemer of mankind into the world, finally and unmistakably realized in the sacred Person of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Are we now to believe that the "Jewish [i.e., Pharisee and Sanhedrin] interpretation of the Bible," which contemptuously denies the Divinity of Christ, is "a possible one"?
What is it that Catholics can "learn ... from a Jewish exegesis," that to this day blasphemously mocks the Holy Name of Jesus as: Otho Isch ("that man"); Talui ("the one who was hanged"), Peloni ("a certain one") and; Jeschu (a contraction of the first two letters of the Hebrew expression, Immach Schemo Vezikro — "may his name and memory be blotted out") — and degrades the sacred honor of Our Lord with slanders such as, "sorcerer", "imposter", and "adulterer"? (See: The Talmud Unmasked, by Father Justin B. Pranaitis, St. Petersburg, Russia 1892.)
Is this what Ratzinger has in mind for "the interior formation of Christian consciousness"?
Jewish leaders themselves acknowledge the direct assistance they have received from Joseph Ratzinger to change Catholic thinking, and even theology to accomplish their aims and to combat "anti-Semitism," a term coined by the synagogue which was accurately defined by Fr. Denis Fahey in 1950 as anything that impedes the process of replacing Christianity with "Jewish naturalism."
In the same vein, Catholic-Jewish "relations" is a code word for the betrayal of the Church of Christ over to the purposes of His enemies.
On the day of Ratzinger�s election, the World Jewish Congress website reported:
"Pope Benedict XVI, as he will be called now, was his predecessor John Paul�s mastermind for Catholic doctrine, but also for the reconciliation process with the Jews.On the same day, Rabbi David Rosen, who was a key figure in the establishment of diplomatic relations between Israel and the Vatican in 1993, said about Ratzinger (See Haaretz):
"Rabbi Israel Singer, chairman of the World Jewish Congress, called Pope Benedict XVI �the architect of the policy full relations with Israel.�
"He added that Ratzinger had �provided the theological underpinning for many of the major advances in Jewish-Catholic relations in the past quarter century.
"We look forward to continuing our dialogue with Pope Benedict XVI.�"
"... He argued that ... the fact Jews don�t accept Jesus must not be seen as an act of rejecting God, but as part of God�s plan to remind the world that peace and salvation for all humanity has not yet come.Both "Reform" and "Orthodox" Jews reject the divinity of Christ. Yet, Jewish leaders demand recognition from Christian leaders that their religion is legitimate.
"This is amazing.
"He took something that has been the source of major condemnation of Judaism and the Jewish people down the ages and twisted it into something of a positive theological nature."
Implicit in that recognition is that the denial of the divinity of Christ is legitimate.
But, either Christ was divine or He was not, and thus, either the Jews rejection of Him was legitimate or it was not.
It is therefore impossible that both Christianity and Judaism can be legitimate at the same time.
In his monumental work, The Liturgical Year, the eminent Benedictine Scripture scholar, Dom Prosper Gueranger, explains that at the moment the Jewish high priests and their followers declared to Pilate, "We have no king but Caesar," the Jewish religion no longer had any reason for existence.

Trading places
From the testimonials of the rabbis quoted above, it is clear that Herr Ratzinger�s grand plan can be none other than to "Judaize" the remaining Catholics in the world and to complete the process of morphing the conciliar church into the Synagogue of Satan.Such can only be the work of a Talmudic occupation force, which, immediately after the death of Pope Pius XII, broke into the structures of the Church and seized the Chair of Peter from the rightful pontiff, and thereafter ensconced itself inside the walls of the Vatican.
From within, it created its own Talmudic "church," whose first task was to exonerate the Jews from the responsibility for the Crucifixion of Christ, with Whom they would then trade places, from perpetrators to that of victims.
Under Ratzinger�s direction, the Vatican released in 2000, Memory and Reconciliation: The Church and the Faults of the Past which suggested that the Nazi persecution of the Jews was made easier by �Christian anti-Jewish prejudices.� (See http://www.ijn.com/news.htm#story5).
And with the help of people like Joseph Ratzinger, they have subjected the faithful to endless apologies for the Church�s alleged role in the so-called Nazi "Holocaust" against the Jews.
Now, with the Vatican�s new maximum leader in place, whose heresies above are plain to see, the "conciliar church" can be expected to continue its work to dismantle the true Church founded by Jesus Christ.
But it is a well-known principle in Canon Law that only a male, baptized member of the Church can be the head of the Church. Only one heresy is sufficient to put one outside the Church, and Joseph Ratzinger has embraced many heresies.
What then are traditional Catholics to think about this man who now claims the papal throne and leadership of the Church of Christ? And what has the Church decreed concerning those who have apostatized from the Faith before attempting to occupy the See of Peter?
The Church�s Response
Here below is an excerpt from the papal bull of Pope Paul IV, Cum ex apostolatus officio, of 1559, which describes the repercussions of just such an unfortunate occurrence, and what should be the faithful�s response to a calamity as the Catholic world faces today:"...6. ... if at any time it will be found that some bishop, even conducting himself as an archbishop or patriarch or already mentioned cardinal of the Roman Church ... or even a Roman Pontiff, before his promotion or assumption as cardinal or as Roman Pontiff had deviated from the Catholic Faith or fallen into some heresy, before his promotion or assumption as Cardinal or as Roman Pontiff, that promotion or assumption concerning him, even if made in concord and from the unanimous assent of all the cardinals, is null, void and worthless; not by the reception of consecration, not by the ensuing possession of the office and administration, or ... [by] ... either the enthronement or homage of the Roman Pontiff, or the obedience given to him by all, can [he] be said to have recovered power or to be able to recover power ... nor can (the assumption or promotion) be considered as legitimate ... for those who are promoted as bishops or archbishops or patriarchs or assumed as primates, or as cardinals or even as Roman Pontiff ... and they themselves who are thus promoted and assumed by that very fact, without any further declaration to be made, are deprived of every dignity, place, honor, title, authority, function and power ...To be sure, there is presently no secular arm to whom the Catholic world might appeal to remove the usurper in the Vatican, even though the crimes of the current actor are far worse than those of past centuries, who were driven out of Rome by the people of the Eternal City.
"...7. It is fit[ting] ... to retire with impunity at anytime from obedience and devotion of those thus promoted ... and to avoid them as magicians, gentiles, publicans, and heresiarchs; it is fit[ting] ... to implore the help of the secular arm against those thus promoted and assumed ... as if [they were] tearers of the tunic of the Lord.
"...10. Therefore, it is permitted to no one to impair this page of Our approval, renewal, sanction, statute, wills of repeal, of decrees, or to go contrary to it by a rash daring deed. If anyone moreover will have presumed to attempt this, he will incur the wrath of almighty God, and of the blessed Apostles Peter and Paul."
"Given in Rome, at St. Peter�s in the year of the Incarnation of the Lord 1559, the fifteenth day of March, in the fourth year of Our Pontificate."
Indeed, given the recent spectacle of our Masonic political leaders kneeling before the body of John Paul II, there can be no doubt that the secular forces are allied with the Judeo-Masonic agents in the Vatican to bring about a one-world religion and one-world government under Antichrist.
The true Catholic Church was evicted from her structures on 28 October 1958, and in her place has been set up an apostate counter-church.
To resolve what has brought the true Church to near extinction, help from above is necessary.
As Anna Catherine Emmerick said,
"The faithful must pray unceasingly that the Church of Darkness will leave Rome."Yves Dupont, Catholic Prophecy, p. 64.In his classic 1941, self-published book, "The Prophets and Our Times" Father Gerald Culleton included a prediction attributed to �Merlin,� a seventh century mystic, which seems astounding to informed Catholics today:
"There will come a German Anti-Pope. Italy and Germany will be sorely troubled ..."Father Gerald Culleton, The Prophets and Our Times, 1941, Fresno California, p. 132.Without the guidance of the true Church of Christ, the world will continue along its current downward spiral, toward inevitable destruction. But those who emerge from the ashes, and are allowed by Heaven to remain in this valley of tears, will have the consolation of being granted, by Heavenly intervention, a true and holy pontiff, who will direct the faithful in the tasks that will await them, for the rebuilding of Catholic social order and the long promised and glorious restoration of the Church before the end of the world.
The following prophesy attributed to Blessed Anna Maria Taigi (pictured at right) gives some hint at what the faithful may be able to expect in the days ahead:
"... After the [three days] darkness, St. Peter and St. Paul shall descend to preach throughout the earth. A great light emanating from them shall rest upon him whom God has chosen for the future Pope ...Fr. Culleton�s "Merlin" may have revealed the human means by which the individual "God has chosen to be the future Pope" will regain the Chair of Peter. Here below is the rest of Merlin�s short prophecy:
Russia will be converted as will also England and China; and all nations will rejoice in contemplating this splendid triumph of the Church.
