- Opening of the Conference by the Conveners;
- A minute of silence for all those who gloriously laid down their lives at the altar of their beloved country in her sacred defence;
- Election of the President, Vice-President and the Secretary of the Conference.
- Adoption of the Agenda and Rules of Procedure;
- Election of the Credentials Committee;
- Appreciation and approval of the report of the Credentials Committee;
- Elections of the Committee for: Draft-Statute and Draft-Resolutions;
- PRESIDENTIAL SPEECH;
- Other speakers to follow.
4th. December, 1963 — 9.30 a.m.:
- Discussion, approval and adoption of the Draft Statute and Resolutions;
- ELECTION OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL;
- Charge-taking ceremony by the Members of the Supreme Council before the assembly.
4rd. December, 1963 — 2.30 p.m.:
- Adjournment of the session and meeting of the Supreme Council;
- Announcement to the Assembly of the appointment of the Secretary-General;
- Charge-taking ceremony by the Secretary General before the Supreme Council and the Assembly.
5rd. December, 1963 — 10.00 a.m.:
- The drawing up and approval of the Final Communiqu�;
- Final Plenary Session, Press Conference and the issuing of the Communiqu�.
