Background
The Indian pagan is always fond of boasting of the superiority of his system, citing as evidence, incidents where apostates have returned as dogs to the vomit. Likewise, some Hindus brought this article to my attention, not too covertly gloating over their "triumph." I have not been able to find much information about the "Varhadi Mandal" except clues that it is some Hindu sect (sampradaya). The "Nilaya Hermitage" is apparently an institution founded and operated by the Goan homosexual, Wendell Rodrigues, and his associates in Goa, in order to cater to Western apostates. It is apparently a fusion of "New Age" (neo-paganism) with Hindu, triumphalism.
Sawantwadi, May 28: Year by year, more and more foreigners are attracted to the Hindu religion and culture. Now, they are even coming forward to be 'married' according to Hindu rites. In the Sawantwadi subdivision of Sindhudurg district, one such Hindu ceremony was carried out. Stephen, aged 37 years, a German protestant and Bennedita, 29, an Italian 'Roman Catholic,' were 'married' according to Hindu rites by the
Varhadi Mandal, assisted by the
Nilaya Hermitage based in Goa.
