A Call to Conclave 2003

My Dear Brethren in Christ;

We have three extra high encryption sites, which will be used for this, and we will give out the email addresses to the encrypted sites, to all conclavists as needed.

Names of Candidates can be submitted to Robert Cardinal Chung, or myself, between now and the conclave dates of 8 June/2003 to 14 October/2003.

From Sunday 8 June/2003, which is Pentecost Sunday and the 1970th anniversary of the birth of the Church with St. Peter as the first Pope, to 14 October/2003, which is the anniversary of the last universally accepted Pope, Pope Pius XII, we will be holding an email Conclave to elect a Pope, who will be acceptable to all Catholics.

We have had as many as 20 men, who have made claims to be Pope by (a) conclave (Cardinal Siri aka Clement XVI, who was never installed) (b) by mini-conclaves (Clement XV of Canada RIP, Gregory XVII of Canada & Pius XIV of China - RIP) (c) micro-Conclave (Pius XIII of Washington state, & Michael I of Kansas state) (d) by being appointed by a former Pope, who has passed away, namely by Pope Paul VI (Gregory XVII of Spain) (e) by being appointed by extra-ordinary actions of the Holy Ghost ( Gregory XIX of New York State & Peter II of France) (f) by self appointment (Hadrian VII of California state & Linus II of England)

  1. We request that all present Papal Claimants resign their claim to the Papacy, as was requested in order to end the Western Schism in the 16th century, when there were 3 or 4 claimants to the Throne of St. Peter.
  2. To be acceptable to be elected the man must be (1) a Priest (2) a Bishop (3) an Archbishop (4)an Abbot (5) a Cardinal (6) plus he must be between the ages of 45 to 75 years by 14 Oct/2003
  3. He must be a practicing Roman Catholic, who believes in Sedevacantist ideas, that is the Throne of St. Peter is vacant, and that we are in inter-regnum since the deaths of Pope Pius XII and Pope Pius XIV.
  4. Since most Clergy today are without Papal Jurisdiction, even though they are licit from their Ordaining Bishop. We will leave the decision of Jurisdiction to the newly elected Pope, who will also appoint new Cardinals to oversee the Church, and its traditions against Modernism
  5. All Holy Orders, which were inferred by Pre-Vatican II formats, such as 1883, 1917 or 1923 are acceptable and the new Pope will decide if the Holy Orders are Valid & Licit.
  6. After the new Pope is installed all Bishops and above, will be expected to give their Obedience to the new Pope, either in person or by email, and all Priests shall be expected to accept their Bishop's Obedience to the Pope.
  7. Once the new Pope is installed, then we will try to set up a "New St. Peter's," without the Stench of Modernism, and hopefully re-establish the Mass & Sacraments as they were before they were Protestantized by Vatican II.
Again it will be left to the Pope and his Cardinals to decide if it is acceptable to say a version of the Traditional Tridentine Mass in the Language of the Congregation or Vernacular, but it will be the Tridentine Latin Mass that is translated, and not some new or Novus Ordo Mass, and the same will be true of the Sacraments.

If there are any questions please feel free to contact either Robert Cardinal Chung or myself at the email addresses above, and we will try to answer to the best of our abilities.
