I was a very stressed student in my first year of Life Science's here
at Queen's. God kept reminding me of the verse in Matthew 5 that
says, "But seek FIRST my kingdom and righteousness and all these things
will be given to you as well." I knew I needed to put God first in
everything, and I wanted to be involved in a ministry on campus.
So when the opportunity to join Praise and Power came along, I knew that's
what God wanted me to do, although leading worship was something I didn't
have any experience with. God has definitely blessed me through being
part of this ministry, and I know that there's no better way to spend my
time than worshipping Him.
