I just want to thank the Lord for the wonderful gift of Praise and Power. I remember every Praise and Power last year had been a great blessing for me, and I’m sure, for most of the others who attended. So, it was both a privilege and a big responsibility for me when I decided to join the team this year. Personally, I want the services to be a blessing for those who come, just as they had been for me. Now, looking back, I think the team achieved that purpose. Even though practices took a considerable amount of time and energy, being on the team was a rewarding experience that I won’t regret. I have not only seen others grow in the Lord, but the whole team and myself as well. Of course, we still have a great deal to learn, but I know He’ll continue to show us the way. Sometimes, I questioned whether Praise and Power was the first place that the Lord wanted me to be, but time and again, he reaffirmed my decision through encouragement from others and from his Word. To end, I just want to challenge you to make a step of faith and take on whatever challenge God presents you with. Often, this has been difficult personal step for me because I feel so inadequate for the job; but if it is His will, He will give you the strength.
