Yellow Roses are received in joy and gladness
Or can say "I care" in a time of sadness.
They can simply state "Welcome back or "Remember me."
Yellow roses can be chosen for friendship or
to reveal jealousy.

A Single Rose

yellow rose

I place this rose here today,
for to tell you how much
I love you there is no other way.

It's not a big thing, just a
little rose covered with a
touch of dew,
but I place it here to show
my deepest love and affection
for you.

I place this rose here for all
the world to see,
how much I miss my dear father
and how much he meant to me.

My father is gone now,
but within my heart he will
always live,
as I'll always remember all
the kindness and love he
had to give.

In Remembrance of Father

A gifted rose of yellow hue
Freshly kissed by morning dew
Can pull an acquaintance from the depth
of sadness
Filling their heart with sunshine and gladness

With the gift of a rose the color of the sun
Many a true friendship has begun
If a new friendship is the desire of one's heart,
A gift of yellow roses is a great place to start!

Rosebuds, yellow and red
Done in a prim, straight row.
Just on the edge of the thread,
Neither above nor below;
Each one shaded the same...
With all the art that she knew...
