These are the children whom
the Lord hath given!

Lo, children are an heritage
of the Lord;and the fruit of
the womb is his reward. As
arrows are in the hand of
a mighty man; so are children
of the youth. Happy is the
man that hath his quiver full
of them...Ps. 127:3-5

To My Children

When we survey all the up and downs of life,
With all its turmoils and strife.
We look to the one that stands by our side,
Someone in whom we can confide.

Then we know there's joy in the world yet,
Just a touch of that hand when we fret.
A gentle smile from the one we love,
Fills us with joy like from above.

May you see only joy through the years,
In each others love, quiet all the fears.
May the road be smooth and sweet,
Because you guide each others feet.
