Anthony Bianchini (Chief Revenue Officer of Children and Family Services) contacted Jeff Thomas, author of the Cost/Benefit Analysis. They spent some time on reviewing the specifics of the analysis. They adjusted some of the formulas in the calculation, which resulted in a slightly higher cost but in even greater savings. Mr. Bianchini is convinced that the results are as conservative as advertised and makes an excellent argument to deflate the cost argument being put forth by the opposition to the PINS Reform Bill.
