He came into my life on March 13th, 2008. Nico is indefinitely one of the best dogs I've ever had! His need of a new home was brought to my attention by a member of BoxerCrazy. And I'm so very thankful to her for letting me know! His previous owner, Cindi, was going through a hard time in her life & sadly, had to find a new home for this precious boy. I contacted her concerning him & the rest is history!

His name was Reeko, but I'd always liked the name, Nico, and this became his new name. He learned it quite quickly as it is pronounced similarly. His bloodlines are half German, which is exciting... since I've grown to love the 'Euro Boxers.' His father, Jasper vom Eisbachtal (of whom is sired by Int. Ch. Future vom German Dream), is a gorgeous boy & he resembles him & his grand-sire a lot. Jasper's pedigree speaks for itself! Nico's dam, Kayta Jade Mayall, isn't as of top-quality lineage as his sire, but she's still a beauty either way.

It was a 4-hour round-trip drive for me to bring home my new addition... but I would have driven twice as far! He's simply the best. The difference in personalities between him & Prada are like night & day! He's SO laid-back & calm... and Prada practically bounces off the walls! *haha* It took awhile for him to get used to my girl - mostly because Prada was always in his face, but they're now the best of friends. They're always excited to see each other & play very well together. Their difference in personality makes them compliment each other beautifully. I couldn't have been blessed w/a more wonderful pair of Boxers!!
