Watching her two guys finally together hit her hard. At one time she never thought she would get to see this day come. Now it was here and she had her men together again. She proudly approached them.

C: I finally have my family together again.

Jason smiled at her, his eyes filled with tears as he held his hand out to her to join them. She wrapped her arms around both of them in a family hug.

M: Mom you're squishing me.

She and Jason laughed as she pulled away. C: Sorry Mr. Man.

M: Mom!

C: Hey give your mom a break here okay. You are still my little boy ya know.

Michael finally let go of Jason's neck looking at him. "You staying this time right dad?"

J: I sure am. I'm back for good. It's just you, your mom and me.

M: Yeah! I have a baseball game Saturday will you come?

C: Michael why don't we go and have a snack and we will see what Saturday brings.

J: I will be there Michael.

M: YES!! Thanks dad! See mom I knew dad would come.

C: Okay buddy. Come on let's go have your snack.

M: Dad's coming right?

C: Yes dad's coming.

J: I will be living with you guys again Michael.

M: Cool.

He jumped down and ran into the house. Jason looked at Carly in amazement.

J: He's so big, and what happened to his red hair?

C: It turned dirty blonde when he was five. You sure you're going to be able to come to his game? I don't want his hopes up Jase.

J: I will be there Carly. I can't believe he plays.

C: Well Lucky used to play and he taught him. God knows he didn't get his athletic skills from me.

Jason laughed and wrapped his arms around her waist as they walked back into the building. "Oh I happen to think you are quiet athletic." She laughed giving him a knowing look "Well I don't think that qualifies as an athletic sport."

J: Well if it did baby you'd win the gold.

C: Awww such the sweet talker Jase. Come on Michael has probably got the place destroyed by now.

J: He's a handful huh?

C: Just wait you have no idea.

They walked back into the loft to find Michael at the table with peanut butter all over his face. She turned to Jason "Can you tell he love's peanut butter?"

C: Michael look at you.

M: It's good thanks mom.

Carly just laughed she could never stay mad at him once he gave her that certain look with those big blue eyes. She grabbed a napkin and began trying to wipe his face off, with Michael trying to squirm away from her.

C: Michael Spencer you sit still for one minute.

M: Mom!!

C: Don't mom me mister. I just want to clean your face.

Once Carly was done she gave Michael a big kiss. "There you're all done."

M: Can I show dad my room?

C: Sure.

M: Come on dad I want to show you my room.

Jason got up and let Michael drag him down the hallway, while Carly cleaned up his snack mess.

M: I'm so glad your home back. Mom and I really missed you.

J: I missed you guys too. I'm sorry I haven't been there for you.

M: Mom is real strong.

J: She sure is buddy. That's just one of the things I love so much about her.

M: You like her genie stuff?

J: What?

M: Mom has all this genie bottle stuff. She likes some pretty weird stuff. But I didn't let her make my room like a genie.

He opens his bedroom door and turns on the lights. "Ta da"!

Jason was amazed at his room. It was amazing. There were large tree like plants around with a huge safari mural painted on the walls with giraffes, elephants and lions everywhere.

J: Wow this is cool Michael.

M: Dad it's just like the books you read me. Mom still reads them to me every night.

Jason looked on in amazement as Michael got out the travel books that he used to read to him when he was little. Carly obviously had told Michael all about him. He loved her so much for keeping his memory alive with Michael.

M: Can you read to me?

J: I'd love to buddy.

Jason sat on his bed with his back against the wall and Michael crawled up on his lap while Jason read to him all about Africa and the giraffes. By the time they were done Michael had his head resting on Jason's chest. After a few minutes of silence, Michael quietly spoke. "You know Sonny is dead."

J: Yeah I know buddy.

M: He was real mean to mom.

Jason felt a direct hit to his heart. He didn't know what exactly to say. The thought of his family being treated badly by a man he once considered a brother hurt him to the core.

J: I'm sorry Michael. I can't take back what Sonny did but I can promise you that I will never let anyone hurt you or your mom ever again. I love you both so much.

M: And your never gonna leave us again?

J: That's right I will never leave you again. I'm here to stay. We are a family buddy. I love you.

M: I love you to dad.

Carly had finished cleaning up and found herself standing outside Michael's doorway watching her two guys. She smiled hearing Michael tell Jason he loved him. The look of pure admiration on his little face and the way he lit up being with Jason filled her heart so completely.

C: You guys having fun in here?

M: Yeah dad read me a book.

C: He did huh?

M: Yup and he likes my room. It's not like your genie stuff mom.

Carly and Jason laughed.

C: Hey I thought you liked our little genie bottle?

M: I do mom. I'm just glad my room is like this.

C: So what are we going to do tonight?

M: Can we go see Moondance? He jumped off the bed running over to his mom and jumping up and down. "Please, Please Mom can we go?"

Jason gave her a confused look. J: Who's Moondance?

M: It's mom's horse (he piped in) Mom please can we go? We got to show dad.

C: Michael this is your dad's first night home. I promise we can go after school tomorrow okay?

M: Will I get to ride her?

C: Oh you're good! Okay, yes you can ride her on the lunge line though.

M: Cool thanks mom!

J: You have a horse?

M: She's beautiful dad wait till you see her.

Carly just smiled at Jason. There was still a lot they needed to catch each other up on.

J: So what are we doing for dinner?

C: Good question.

M: Mom still doesn't cook.

C: Thank you Michael Spencer.

M: Well you don't.

M: PIZZA!!!!

J: Oh yeah PIZZA!!

C: Well then I guess pizza it is. Michael why don't you go and pick which menu we are ordering from.

He bolted out the room calling back to her "okay mom". Jason looked at her and laughed. "My god the energy he has."

C: Oh just wait. You haven't seen anything yet.

Jason wraps his arms around her waist kissing her forehead. "I can't wait to see. I'm so happy to be home."

C: Me too.

He pulls back briefly looking at her funny "So you have a horse?"

She smiles "YUP. Moondance is a 6-year-old thoroughbred mare. She is so beautiful."

J: And Michael rides her?

C: Yes but I have him connected to a lunge line so he's not completely on his own.

Jason gives her a confused look.

C: Oh you'll see. Come on lets go get your son before he orders himself.

J: My son, I love hearing that.

Carly touches the side of his face and places a sweet kiss on his lips. "He has always been your son Jase. I never let him forget that."

J: Thank you.

Michael yells in from the other room "MOM, DAD, I'm HUNGRY!"

Carly gave Jason a look "Oh just wait."

J: Guess we better go order so our boy doesn't starve to death.

After a nice family dinner together, Carly let Jason spend some quality time with Jason. Jason made sure he got his bath and brushed his teeth.

M: I'm all clean mom (he stated proudly).

Carly scooped him up in her arms hugging him tightly. "You smell so good too."

M: Dad let me use that good smellin stuff you use.

C: He did huh. She chuckled as she watched Jason emerge soaking wet from the bathroom.

J: I'm going to go get a dry shirt on then I will be in to read you a story buddy.

M: Okay dad.

Still in Carly's arms Michael snuggled into Carly's shoulder.

C: You tired my little man?

M: Yeah.

C: It's been a big day. Go easy on dad tonight okay- only one story. You can hit him up for more tomorrow okay?

M: Okay mom. We can still go see Moondance tomorrow right?

C: I promised didn't I?

M: Yes and you always keep your promises.

C: That's right. She kissed his head and began rocking him back and forth. She could feel him drifting off asleep in her arms. Jason appeared with a dry t-shirt on smiling at the sight of Carly and Michael. He slowly approached them.

J: Hey.

C: He's almost asleep. She gently transferred Michael to Jason's arms. She leaned in and kissed his cheek. "Sweet dreams my little one. I love you." Michael smiled and opened his eyes "I love you mom thank you for my surprise."

C: Your welcome baby. See you in the morning.

Michael put his head back down on Jason's shoulder and closed his eyes. Jason kissed Carly then headed off to tuck Michael in. Carly took this opportunity to light a few candles and say her nightly prayers. She walked over to her little alter and knelt down on the big floor pillow in front of it and began lighting her candles.

C: "Arch Angel Michael I envoke thee, I envoke thee, I envoke thee.

She lit a large white candle in the center of her alter.

C: "Divine light of the highest authority under the protection of the Arch Angel Michael. Arch Angel Michael I ask you to please watch over and protect my family. They mean everything to me. Please keep your watchful eye on them. Thank you for your blessings."

She meditated for a little while, closing her eyes and focusing on white purifying light surrounding her family and loved ones. As she opened her eyes her large center candle was already extinguished. She smiled knowing Arch Angel Michael had acknowledged her request.

She carefully began to blow out the rest of her candles. Slowly she gets up and makes her way down to Michael's room. Stopping just outside his door she peaks her head around the corner and sees Jason tucking Michael snuggly in his bed.

Jason pulls the covers up around Michael who is already fast asleep. Jason smiles and he leans down placing a kiss on his forehead. "Night buddy, I love you." He watches him sleep for a few minutes then gets up and meets Carly in the hallway.

C: Fast asleep huh?

J: Yeah we only made it thru 4 pages of Black Beauty.

C: Ah he's excited about going to see Moondance tomorrow. He always insists on reading that book before we go see her.

Jason wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her into him. He sighs feeling utterly content. Carly begins to move her hands up and down his back.

C: You have some awful knots Jase.

J: You think you can help me with that?

C: I think I may be able to. You want the whole treatment?

J: Do I?

C: Oh yeah.

J: All right then lead the way.

Carly takes his hand and leads him into her big bathroom. She starts lighting her lavender candles all around the room, and turns the water on to fill the bathtub. "Okay Jase get naked." He starts to get undressed while she pours lavender bath oil into the tub.

J: I really could use some help over here.

C: Oh really?

She smiles as she walks over to him. She runs her hands up under his t-shirt removing it over his head, while she rains little kisses over his tan chest.

J: Mmmm I so could get used to this- having my own personal massage therapist.

C: I will always be at your disposal Mr. Morgan.

J: I like that.

Carly began undressing while Jason finished. Once they were both naked Carly got into the tub and instructed Jason to get in with his back facing her. He sank down into the hot water and leaned back against her chest and into her arms, his head resting back against her shoulder.

J: Oh god this feels so good.

Carly began to deeply rub his arms first, letting him rest against her and relax. She then took one of his hands and began to massage it, concentrating on his palm then each finger individually. Jason just melted into her. Her touch was magical. He was able to just put himself freely in her hands and let go.

After completing both hands she moved onto his neck. She started by placing light warm kisses along his shoulder blades to ease him into it. Then her hands replaced her lips as she found his knots and worked them out. She slowly made her way down his entire back releasing all his tension. When she was done she pulled him back against her again. Letting her back rest up against the tub she leaned backed relaxing herself. She wrapped her legs around his waist and her arms around his chest, holding him close.

J: That was amazing. I feel so incredible.

C: I'm glad baby. Just close your eyes and relax a bit longer. I want you to concentrate on the sound of us breathing. Just you and me, breathing in and out.

She closed her eyes also and synchronized her breathing with his. Her heartbeat slid into rhythm with his, while they snuggled against each other.
