He felt like someone had just punched him in the stomach. He looked at her, there she was finally standing right before him. He had waited so long for this moment, but instead of running over to her and grabbing her he let his anger take over and he put up his defenses.
J: What are you doing here Carly?
C: You're here.
J: I don't want to play word games.
C: Sonny's dead.
J: When?
C: The other day, there was an explosion.
J: So you delivered the news, thanks, you can go now. He turned his back to her and pretended to work on a bike.
C: Just a minute buddy, don't walk away from me Jason Morgan.
He turned back around facing her with all the pent up anger he had. J: What do you want Carly? Now that Sonny's dead you figured; well I'll give the runner up a chance. Well no thanks, I'm no ones second choice.
C: Your right, you were always my first choice, but that was one choice I never got to make, when you talked me into marrying that man I didn't love.
J: What the hell are you trying to pull Carly? I gave you a choice. I asked you to choose between Sonny and I. You made your choice.
C: Yeah I did, three days ago; it took me that long to track your ass down Jake Benson.
J: What are you talking about three days? I gave you a choice 3 years ago.
C: You may have, but I only learned of it 3 days ago after Sonny's death.
J: (he sighs) Your giving me a headache Carly. I left you a letter 3 years ago, 3 fucking long years ago.
C: Well I just got that fuckin letter of yours 3 days ago Jason. It was something Sonny had left me after his death.
His head was spinning as he heard the words leave her mouth. J: What?
She slowly walked closer to him. She searched his eyes for any spark of the man that she loved, but only saw pain.
C: Jason, I only read the letter 3 days ago. Sonny never gave me the letter all those years ago. Alexis Davis presented it to me just after I learned of his death. Sonny and I had been divorced for 2 years now, so I had no idea he had kept this from me.
Jason closed his eyes his body was on fire. All the times he had dreamt of her coming to him all the times he cried himself to sleep at night wishing she were in his arms, and all the times he just sat and wondered what she was doing, and now she was standing right in front of him, she had come to him.
C: Jase, if I had read that letter three years ago, when you left it for me, I wouldn't have had a choice to make. There would never be a choice for me when it comes to you Jason, I have always loved you, and it has always been you whom I choose. You have my heart don't you know that.
She moves close to him so she is standing right in front of him locking eyes with him. She extends her hand placing it over his heart. C: Can't you feel it?
Tears fill his eyes as he focuses on her beautiful face. She slowly raises her hand and touches his face running her fingers softly over his cheek. He closes his eyes and leans into her touch.
C: I've missed you so much Jase. I love you.
He opens his eyes taking her hand into his as he pulls her into a hug. He relaxes into her arms and lets out a breath that he feels like he has been holding onto for three years. Breathing in her warm sweet scent, he lets it fill his lungs completely, then he whispers in her ear. "God baby I love you."
The words tear into Carly's heart and the tears flood her eyes. She pulls back and they look into each other's eyes for a moment as time stood still for them. Jase took her face into his hands and slowly lowered his lips onto hers. He pulled her tighter against him as he reacquainted himself with her sweet taste. They deepened their kiss until they were left gasping for breath as they rested their foreheads against each other smiling.
J: I'm not dreaming am I? Cause I have dreamt about his moment everyday for the past three years.
C: No Jase you're not dreaming. (she quietly chuckles).
J: I am never letting you go again, baby.
C: I'm counting on that Morgan.
He pulls her into another hug squeezing her tightly against him. "God, your really here." As she is in his arms he feels something hard on her shoulder. He pulls back with a funny look on his face.
C: What's that look for?
J: What do you have on? He pats her back.
C: Oh just my gun.
J: Your what?
C: My gun.
Jason starts to remove her jacket. Carly just laughs and shrugs out of her leather jacket. Jason just stares at her in her little white sleeveless t-shirt with a shoulder holster on, with her gun in it. She also has a set of handcuffs hooked on one of the belt loops of her pants.
J: Care to explain the gun and handcuffs Carly.
C: Oh, I am a bail enforcement agent, ya know a bounty hunter.
Jason just gives her a dumbfounded look. J: I guess we have a lot to catch up on.
C: Yeah we do (she laughs). She reaches up and wipes a grease smudge off his face. But I really don't feel much like talking right now.
J: You don't huh (he raises his eyebrow, giving her a devilish grin), well then what did you have in mind?
C: Actually I am starving. I haven't eaten all day.
J: Oh, (he tries to hide his disappointment)
Carly leaps into his arms straddling him and wrapping her legs around his waist. C: Faked ya out! (she says as she giggles).
Jason laughs as he begins to kiss her. J: Your bad you know that.
C: Aww, baby let me show you how bad I can be. She begins to nibble and suck on his neck and collarbone.
J: God Carly. (his eyes roll back into his head as he tries to gain control of his body and his senses as Carly was driving him crazy with passion).
He walks through the garage area, trying to put the doors down with the remote as Carly is working her magic still wrapped around his waist. He makes his way over to and up the stairs that lead to his room that is above the garage and kicks open his apartment door. Once inside he puts her down and puts his finger to her lips.
J: I want this moment to last forever. He walks over and turns his stereo on and slips in a CD.
Jason turns back around facing her, he pulls his t-shirt off over his head and begins to walk toward her. He takes her face in his hands, as he huskily whispers, "I want to feel your skin on mine."
He moves his hands down to her shoulders removing her holster and gun, then runs his hands down her side and puts his hands under her shirt pushing her shirt up and off of her, leaving her standing in front of him in a white lace bra. He pulls her to him and they begin dancing to the music, as he runs his hands over her back enjoying the feel of her silky skin against his again.
C: "I've missed you so much Jase." She snuggles deeper into his chest, listening to his rapid heartbeat.
Jason pulls back and lovingly looks at her as he runs his hands over her chest and stomach, reacquainting himself with her every curve. Delighting in the sheer presence of her before him.
J: Your so amazingly beautiful Carly.
Carly's breathing is becoming ragged as she marvels in Jason's tender touch. His hands are everywhere all over her body and the shivers he is causing are running all throughout her body. Jason feels her tremble and looks deeply into her eyes, seeing that spark that was all Carly. He takes her face in his hands and brushes his mouth barely over her cheek then lips. She feels his warm breath against her lips and her knees become weak.
J: "I've been so lost without you baby." He whispers over her lips. Then he starts to slowly and deliberately place soft little kisses over her lips savoring the feel and taste of her as he darts his tongue in and out of her mouth teasing her. "I haven't been able to breath with out you, I couldn't breath, Carly."
C: I know baby, I know. She stares into his ice blue eyes, seeing all the love he has for her. Trying to calm and reassure him she held the side of his face in her hand.
He takes her hand and intertwines his fingers through hers and leads her to his bedroom. They are silent as they enter the darkened room. Carly never breaks eye contact with him, as she hears the music flow in from the other room. She watches as Jason starts to run his hand from her shoulder over her chest, down her stomach and to her waist. She catches her breath as his hand skims along her stomach, as he works on unbuttoning her leather pants, and sliding down their zipper.
He slides both of his hands into her pants spreading them open and pushing them off over her hips. He bends down and helps her step out of them. Then runs his hands back up over her calves and then thighs so that they are again resting on her hips. All the while Carly can barely control her breathing and she feels herself dripping in the anticipation of him.
Carly then runs her hands followed by her mouth over Jason's chest and down his stomach. She kneels in front of him and moves her tongue in and around his belly button. She looks up at him, he has his head tilted back and his eyes are closed as he tries to gain control of his breathing. She slowly starts to blow her warmth breath over his stomach and marvels as he tenses under her touch. She leisurely moves her hands along his waistband and unbuttons his jeans and slides the zipper down feeling his hard shaft straining against the denim. Her hands reach his hips as she little by little pushes his Levis down over his hips and helps him as he did her step; out of them. She gradually snakes her body up his so that they are flush against each other, staring into each other's eyes and souls.
Jason masterfully runs his hands up her back and unhooks her bra in one swift motion, disguarding it over his shoulder. They both begin to tug at each other's underwear, pulling them off of each other. As they stand naked in front of each other, Carly takes Jason's hand and places it over her heart with her hand resting on top of his.
C: This belongs to you Jason Morgan. It always has and it always will.
Jason smiles at her touching gesture and can't control himself any longer and begins to kiss her with all the passion and love he has within him. They fall backwards onto the bed and Jason moves over her positioning one of his legs between her thighs as he works his lips and tongue over her neck, chest and down to her stomach.
Carly can't wait much longer, she needs to feel him inside her. She reaches down and grabs his tight butt pulling him into her. C: I need to feel complete Jase. I need you to complete me please baby, fill me up.
He takes her hips pulling her up to meet him as he sinks into her with a swift thrust. He smiles as she gasps at the feel of him; she had forgotten how big he was. Jason stills himself inside her, enjoying the feeling of her warmth.
J: Baby I want you to look at me. Can you feel it Carly? This connection we have, it goes beyond anything I have ever felt before.
C: Beyond space and time our souls are one Jason. I feel it baby, were one.
She starts to rotate her hips eagerly against him, egging him on. He begins to set a steady pace as she meets him thrust for thrust. He takes to her first climax, and begins to build her up again, this time quickening his pace. He hears her breathing turn to pants as she begs him to drive harder and faster into her.
C: Jase. Jase. Please Jase. Please
He begins slamming into her with reckless abandon as she is tightening and releasing around him sending out of control.
J: Carly what are you doing to me? GOD.
They climax together as the call out each other's names between gasps for air.
They collapse against each other as Jason slips out of her pulling her onto her side and back against him. He wraps his arms around her tightly as he whispers with warm breath into her ear. "I love Carly, you are my soul mate, my best friend, and the love of my life. Nothing will ever come between us again."
Carly sleepily closes her eyes and snuggles back into Jason with a bright smile on her face.
C: Mmmm Jase, this is our moment baby. We have a once in a lifetime love that goes beyond anything either one of us has ever known. I will never let that go. I will never let you go. I love you Jason Morgan.
He squeezes her tightly and they fall asleep in each other's arms against the black silk sheets. Their two souls joined as one as the universe connected them together forever.
