Jason, Carly and Francis walk back into the club. Carly can hear Gia calling her over the ear communication.

G: Carly, we need to talk girl, meet me at the bar.

C: I'm on my way. Jase, I have to go to the bar to see Gia.

J: Well, I am coming with you. He stops her for a moment. Are you sure you are okay, that bruise is looking nasty. He gently touches her face.

She grabs his hand and kisses his palm. C: I told you I am fine, right now I don't have time to worry about it. I promise you can take care of me later. She gives him a smile, the one that always makes his heart beat faster.

J: Promises, promises! He laughs and follows close behind her.

C: Okay, why don't you guys have a seat at the bar. Carly makes her way around to the entrance to the bar area and spots Gia.

C: So what is up?

G: Nick is here, and is looking for you.

C: Well the hits keep on coming!

G: God look at that bruise, are you okay? I hate to see what the guys who did that looks like, I am assuming he is barely walking?

C: I'm fine, it hurts a bit. The bastard caught me before I could duck. I think he will think twice about underestimating a woman next time.

G: What are you gonna do about Nick. I mean does Jason know about him?

C: It hasn't come up. Guess now is as good a time as any. Okay, I am gonna take Jason in the back and try to explain things to him. I will have Francis help you out on the floor, and if Nick asks for me again, tell him I will be right out. God help me, if I get through this night, I am spending the whole day in bed tomorrow!!

Carly makes her way back over to Jason and Francis.

C: Francis, do me a favor?

F: Anything Carly.

C: Could you help Gia watch the floor, while Jason and I go in back and talk for a bit? Gia will fill you in, she will get you an earpiece for communication. Just please no gun!

F: Okay Carly, no problem.

C: Thanks Francis. She grabs Jason's hand. I have to talk to you. Jason gives her a perplexed look but takes her hand as she leads him into one of the back offices.

J: Is something wrong baby?

C: Jase have a seat. She motions to the red leather couch that is the focal point of the room. He takes a seat and she kneels down in front of him.

C: Okay, where do I begin here. Well you know the other night, when you came into the club and I was dancing with that other guy?

Jason's jaw starts to clench and Carly can see him tensing up. She grabs his hands, squeezing them as reassurance.

J: Yeah????

C: Well his name is Nick Giardini. I was seeing him on and off again over the past year.

J: How serious was it? Do you love him?

C: Jase, NO! I never loved him. I could never get you out of my heart. You are the ONLY man I love! It was never serious to me Jase, honest.

He closes his eyes for a moment trying to get control of his emotions.

J: Was it serious to him?

J: Carly, why was it so important for you to tell me this now?

Jason studies her face, he looks into her eyes deeply. He can see she is hiding something from him. J: What aren't you telling me Carly?

Carly takes a deep breath and sighs heavily. C: Nick Giardini is from the Giardini Family.

Jason's mind is racing. He knew the name sounded familiar, then it hits him. God the Giardini family!

J: Carly, we are talking about the Giardini crime family? The same family that runs this whole coast?

C: Well.............

J: Carly!

C: Yes Jason, it is the same family. I didn't realize who he was until a few months into dating him.

J: This isn't good Carly! I am in no position to take this family on.

C: Jason, I am sure this won't get that far. I will talk to Nick and I think he will move on. I mean please, I am not the only woman in Vegas for god's sake.

Jason gets up and starts pacing. Does she really not realize that any man would be lucky to have her by his side, especially a man in their line of work. He knew that Nick wasn't going to let her go without a fight.

J: Baby, you have no idea do you? He won't give up easily, and when he finds out who I am and that we are together, he's not gonna take that lying down.

C: Well I am just gonna have to make him understand. Don't worry Jase, it will work out. Let's just see how things go before we over react....okay?

J: Okay Carly.

She wraps her hands around his waist and pulls him to her.

C: You know you are the only man for me Jase.

He leans down and rests his forehead against hers.

J: I trust you Carly, it's other men I don't trust.

C: Well then you are going to have to stay close to me from now on.

J: That I can handle. He moves in and whispers I LOVE YOU before placing a passionate kiss on her lips. She accepts his kiss and starts to purr against his warm lips.

C: Jase, I have to get back out there.

J: I know, I just don't want to let you go, I just want to take you home and make love to you all night.

C: All night huh? How about I make a deal with you? Let's go back out there and finish this night up and then I will be all yours the rest of the night and I will take tomorrow off as well. Sound fair?

J: I think I can live with that.

She playfully hits him and laughs. She takes his hand and leads him toward the door.

J: Are you going to talk to him now?

C: Well sometime tonight, I have to see how things are going out there first. Come on darlin.

They walk back out into the club hand and hand. Gia spots them and she and Francis quickly approach them.

G: Girl, things are getting rowdy out on the floor. We need to get their attention focused. Feel like putting on a little floorshow?

Carly squeezes his hand. And turns to see where Robert (her head of security) is. She spots him and motions for him to join them.

C: Robert I want you to alert the boys, and start thinning out that Batchelor Party. I will get the girls up on the bar, and Gia and I will grab their attention on the floor. Once their eyes are on us I want you guys to one by one get these guys out of here, put them in cabs with vouchers to another club, whatever. I have had enough tonight, and I don't want things to get anymore out of hand.

R: You got it Carly, I will put the guys on standby. Do you want me to get Lucky down here?

C: No he is busy enough. Jason and Francis will help us out.

She turns to Jason and Francis.

C: Okay boys, you are in for a treat. Francis I want you to be Gia's partner and Jase you are with me.

J: Carly, what are you getting us into?

C: You two can stand can't you?

Francis and Jason exchange looks of worry.

C: Listen all you need to do is stand in the middle of the dance floor while Gia and I dance around and Jase if you are really lucky, I will get up close and personal with you darlin. She laughs. Really, just stand there and look good. We will do the rest!

G: Trust me guys, when we get done, everyman in this place will be envious of you two.

The girl's head to the bar, Carly and Gia talk to the girls and pick out a song, that will definitely heat things up a bit. Four of the girls jump up onto the bar and Carly dims the lights down. She and Gia grab Jason and Francis and lead them out onto the main dance floor.

The sultry beat starts up and Carly starts moving seductively around Jason, clearing the dance floor, so that all eyes are on her and Gia. C: I know, but I am not going to worry about that right now. I have a very impatient boyfriend waiting for me in the office. Think you could cover for me for a while?

G: Absolutely, go satisfy your man.

C: Thanks girl, I will lock up tonight so you and Lucky can have a little alone time also.

Carly enters the office and finds Jason pacing the room. He turns to see her entering and locking the door. He rushes toward her smashing his mouth against her in a smoldering kiss.
