Fire & Ice Club
Carly is at the club getting things ready to open, she is waiting for Gia and Lucky to arrive.
L: Well cous, you look great!
C: Why thank you. You clean up pretty good yourself. Things are all set here. Robert is waiting to go over last minute details with you. We've got extra men on tonight. Jason and Francis will be here also, just incase we happen to need more muscle.
L: So I take it you and the out of town mobster are back together?
C: Yes, and you be nice. I thought you talked with Jason and believed him?
L: I do believe him. I guess I'm just concerned about you. I don't want you to get hurt again that's all. So I am gonna keep my eyes and ears open and as always watch your back.
Carly goes and gives him a big hug. "Thanks Lucky, you are the BEST. Now where is your better half?"
Gia comes walking in the door "Did I hear someone ask for me?"
C: Wow you look incredible. Red is definitely your color!! We are really going to WOW them tonight!
G: Thank you, I told you that snakeskin print would be great on you!
L: Okay ladies, I am gonna let you to finish up with your in depth fashion discussion. I'm gonna go check in with Robert. Our guest will be arriving in about � hour. I wanted them here before the club opened and it got too crowded. BE GOOD YOU TWO!
G: Well how many girls do we have on tonight?
C: Eight all together. What do you want to do tonight?
G: Well I thought last night went well, let's stick to the same routine. You and I will act as coolers with the guys and we can help out if we are needed at the bar.
C: Sounds great.
G: So are you going to just stand there?
C: What?
G: I want DETAILS GIRL!! You and Jason, what happened?
C: Oh, you mean that drop-dead gorgeous man, who is totally in love with me?
G: Spill already!
C: Gia, I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am right now. It was amazing! He never stopped loving me, he is gonna move here for me. For once, I am not the one who has to compromise and change my life for someone else. Even though I loved my life the way it was, I mean god I have everything and I am independent, but there was always an empty feeling deep down, when Jason and I were apart. Now I just feel to complete and whole again. I love him so much, Gia and I am just so happy!!
G: Well it is about time. God you really are just glowing! I am so happy for you. Well I think this calls for a little celebration. how about a toast. Gia grabs a bottle of champagne and pours them each a glass. "To true love, and best friends" They clink glass and take a sip of champagne.
Carly gives Gia a hug "Thank you for standing by me and being such a great friend, I love you."
G: Okay, now before I start crying and ruin my make up, lets go meet with the girls and make sure they are all set for tonight.
Meanwhile, the gentlemen have arrived for the big poker game and Lucky is getting the game underway in the tower. Carly and Gia have met with the girls and gone over everything. A huge line has formed outside, security was in place.
C: Okay girls shall we get things "Rollin"? Carly turns on the sound system and tells Robert to open the doors.
G: Hey girls, let's give them something to look at when they come in.
Four of the girls jump onto the bar and start dancing as the people start shuffling into the club.
G: This should get things started off right tonight.
C: I love this song! Come on girl, dance with me. She and Gia jump up onto the bar and start dancing with the other girls.
The song winds down and the girls jump down off the bar. Carly and Gia yell "BARS OPEN"! Both girls turn to see a large group of men rowdy men enter the club. Robert is close behind them, making his way over to Carly and Gia.
R: We could have some problems; this group of guys are having a bachelor party.
C: Okay, we will watch them closely and Gia and I will move out onto the floor. Where are Jerry and Steve covering?
R: I've got them on the doorway up to the Tower.
C: Okay, move them out onto the floor and turn on the security system and lock down the entryway to the Tower. This place is getting packed I want everyone to switch over to earpieces for communication, and slow up on admittance. I don't want any more people in here tonight, until we know that this group is gonna be cool. Let Lucky know what is going on and let's just hope for the best.
C: Oh and Robert, please be on the look out for Jason and Francis. Make sure they don't have any problems getting in. Thank You!!
G: Well I guess we aren't going to get that smooth sailing night we had hoped for.
C: I know. Let's get out onto the floor. Jason and Francis should be coming in; we can recruit them if we need extra help. The girls put in their earpieces so they can all communicate back and fourth to each other.
The night is progressing and the group of men are getting rowdier. Gia and Carly are working the floor trying to keep things quiet.
Jason and Francis enter the club.
F: Wow, this place is packed!
J: It's always seems to be that way. What do you think?
F: Carly has really outdone herself, this place is very cool!
Jason begins to scan the bar area looking for Carly, when he doesn't see her his eyes move out onto the floor, but it is so crowded he can't see her. He does spot Robert and heads over to him.
J: Hey Robert, is Carly around?
R: Hello Mr. Morgan. She is out working the floor. We have a group of men in tonight that she is concerned about. She is expecting you. Let me tell her you're here. He begins to talk to Carly.
Jason raises his eyebrow wondering how he is communicating to her, then he notices his earpiece and battery pack.
R: Mr. Morgan she said to have a seat at the table in the corner she has reserved for you. She will try to be over as soon as she can.
J: Thanks Robert.
Jason and Francis make their way through the crowd to the table, and each order a beer. Jason continues to scan the crowd, hoping to see Carly. Although he has only been away from her for a few hours, he felt an uneasy panic start to flare up within him. He needed to at least see her to make sure she was okay.
F: That Robert guy, is he security?
J: Yeah, he heads up the team.
F: A whole team huh? They seem to really be high tech here.
J: The fact that they are using those earpieces has me a bit concerned. Robert said Carly was worried about that group of men over there. Jason nods in the direction of the men.
F: Maybe we should volunteer our services.
J: Not just yet, Carly is more than capable of handling herself. Let's wait and see what develops. I want to talk to Carly first. Francis do you see her anywhere?
F: Not yet boss.
Suddenly Jason catches a glimpse of a blonde. It was her. She was talking to the group of men. He stands to watch, making sure she is okay. She turns and sees Jason standing. She smiles at him and motions she will be over in a minute. Carly starts making her way over to Jason who gets up from the table to greet her. She walks right into his waiting arms.
J: Hey baby, he bends down and crashes his lips onto hers. "I've missed you."
C: I missed you too. I am sorry to have kept you waiting. Things are crazy tonight. She turns and sees Francis standing by the table. She pulls away from Jason and flies into Francis giving him a big hug. "FRANCIS!!!"
F: Francis is almost knocked over and laughs. "Hey Carly, good to see you!" He sees Jason giving him a stern look and releases out of the hug with Carly.
C: I'm so glad to see you. I hear you have been helping Jason out a lot.
F: Just doing my job Carly.
Carly pulls him into another hug and whispers THANK YOU into his ear. "I know you discovered the truth about Liz and Sonny. I owe you a lot".
F: I am just glad you both finally made your way back to each other. Seeing you both happy is all the thanks I need.
J: So I spoke with Robert, he said you were concerned about that group of men?
C: Yeah well, we altered our security a bit, so far so good. It's just when you get a group of drunk men together, it usually means trouble.
J: Well you know Francis and I are here if you need any backup.
C: Carly smiles, "Thank you, but right now things are under control. But if I do need help, PLEASE don't take out your guns. I don't want any weapons shown inside the club. We have assured our special guests upstairs that we can provide them with a secure place to meet. So keep those guns holstered.
J: Yes mam, he pulls her into another hug, from behind and nestles his head into her neck. "You know I have hated being away from you for so long". Carly laughs, and turns her head and gives him a gentle kiss.
The music gets turned up and down three times. Carly pulls out of Jason's arms.
C: Sorry boys, that's a signal. I have to go check things out at the bar. I'm sorry I can't spend more time with you. Can you stay and hang out?
J: Of course. I won't take my eyes off of you. If you need help signal me, OKAY?
C: Okay Jase, don't worry. Francis, try to get him to relax a bit will you. She turns and heads up to the bar. As she approaches she can see the starts of a fight brewing between a guy and a girl. Carly watches as the guys is man handling the girl. She looks to be in pain and is trying to wiggle out of his grasp. She radio's Gia to get to the bar and get the girls up and dancing.
G: I'm on my way.
Carly approaches the couple. C: Is there a problem here? Miss are you okay?
Guy: Back off bitch!
C: Sorry buddy, no can do. I hate to see a big strong guy like yourself, taking advantage of such a small girl.
Guy: This is none of your fucking business!
C: Well you are in MY CLUB, so that makes it my business; now I am really trying to be nice here, don't make me get mean.
Jason and Francis are taking this scene in. F: Jason, what is she doing, she's gonna get hurt. J: Francis, sit back and just watch. Francis is confused as to how his boss can be so casual about this.
Gia has cranked the music and has the girls up on the bar dancing. Everyone has their eyes on the girls dancing and not the situation Carly is trying to handle.
C: I'm gonna tell you one more time. Get your hands off of her. The guys let's go of the girl and backhands Carly before she has time to duck.
Jason and Francis are up and on their way to the bar.
Guy: There bitch, that will show you not to talk to me that way.
C: Well now I'm pissed. She grabs the man's wrist and twists his arm up in back of him. She quickly takes his head and slams it down onto the bar. "See you really shouldn't have hit me."
Guy: You fucking bitch, you are gonna pay for that.
C: Really? Cause where I'm standing I am the one in charge here. You want to fight me?
Guy: YEAH!!
C: Fine, lets go outside shall we? She motions for Robert to grab the man and they start for the back door. Jason and Francis close behind.
Jason catches up to her and grabs her arm. She flies around "get your fucking hands off of me"!
J: Carly, it's just me.
C: You need to back off right now Jason.
He can she is has fire in her eyes. He releases her arm.
J: I am coming with you.
C: Fine just don't interfere.
They get out back, into an alley outside the club. Robert has the man's hands behind his back holding him for Carly.
C: So you think you can teach me a lesson huh? Let's GO! She motions for Robert to release him.
The man comes out swinging and lunging for Carly. She expertly ducks and weaves missing all his advances.
C: Is that all you got? Carly gives the man a spinning kick right in the face. The man falls onto his knees to the ground. He starts to get up and she front kicks him in the jaw sending him falling backwards. She walks over to him looking down on him.
C: Well were not so mouthy now are we? She turns to walk away and the man gets up and makes another lunge for her. She quickly and swiftly strikes a punishing kick to his knee, breaking it instantly. As the man lies rolling on the ground in pain, she motions for Robert to pick him up. Carly gets right in his face, one that was now covered in blood. She suspected she had broken his jaw and nose. She grabs one of his hands and twists it back until she hears it snap. The man hollers out in pain.
F: Boss - how did Carly learn to do that? She is incredible.
J: I told you that you would be surprised by the new Carly. She is something isn't she?
C: Now you will have one less hand to hurt women with. I don't want you to ever show your face around here again. Next time, (she points to Jason and Francis) they will be the ones to school you! With that she turns on her heels and heads back toward Jason and Francis. She knows she snapped at Jason, but when she gets into a zone, she has tunnel vision. She approaches him tentatively.
J: Jason brings his hand up to her face, where a nice bruise was already forming. "Are you okay?"
C: "I'm fine, a little ice and I will be as good as new." I'm sorry about earlier.
J: No, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have grabbed you like that; you were in a certain mindset. I should have realized it. She slides into his arms and he tightly closes his them around her. She tightens her arms around his waist, she whispers in his ear "next brawl is Gia's" she laughs and slowly pulls away.
C: Come on I gotta get back in there. She looks over at Francis who is just staring weirdly at her. "Francis what's that look for?"
F: I can't believe how great you fought. Do you think you could teach me that spinning kick thing you did?
Carly and Jason start laughing. C: Anytime Francis, ya know you could always join me for my training sessions. Jason rolls his eyes.
F: Really? That would be great.
J: I don't think you know what you are getting into man.
C: Oh Jase, leave the man alone. He will love it.
The three of them walk back into the bar to see what other surprise await them this evening.
