Next Morning:
Carly and Jason are awoken by the doorbell ringing and Lucky pounding on the door. Carly starts to wake up and smiles when she feels Jason's strong arms wrapped around her. She glances at the clock.
C: Shit, I am late! Jason wake up!!
J: What, what's wrong?
C: I am late - Lucky's gonna kill me.
She shakes free of Jason's embrace and stumbles to the door to see a smiling Lucky on the other side.
L: Hey cous, have a long night? Did you forget our morning run and training session today? Lucky walks in past her and spots Jason still lying on the floor. "Morning Jason."
J: Yeah, morning. What's with all the pounding, it is only 8AM?
L: Well Ms. Spencer here and I have a training date. Lucky turns to Carly, "So she better get her ass in gear and get dressed."
C: I am sorry, I'm going, it will only take me a minute. She dashes toward her room to change into some work out clothes.
J: What is this about a training session?
L: Well if you want to find out, why don't you join us?
Carly comes out dressed in lycra leggings and a sports bra with her hair up in ponytail up on her head. "Did I hear you ask Jason to join us?"
L: Yeah cous, do you think he is up for it?
C: Definitely not.
J: Hey, I am still in the room. What do you mean Carly; you don't think I can keep up with you?
C: Jase, don't get me wrong, you are obviously in great shape, but our workouts are really long and you need to have lots of stamina for it. Lucky and I have been at this for awhile now and we are used to it but you.... I don't think you want to join us.
L: Well Jason, that sounds like a challenge to me.
C: Lucky leave him alone.
J: Carly, I think that was a challenge! I AM going to join you.
C: Jase, we have to go now and you aren't dressed to workout.
L: Jason, you can borrow something of mine. Come on man, we will stop by my place on the way out. Let's go boys and girls, times a ticking!
C: Jason are you sure about this.
J: Yes Carly, now lets go.
Carly looks at Lucky and they both start laughing as they head down to Lucky's place. Jason changes and the three of them start out for a 10-mile run. Carly and Lucky are enjoying their run; Jason is dragging behind, wondering what he has gotten himself into. Carly looks over her shoulder and smiles.
C: Jase, are you doing okay?
He just nods. She looks over at Lucky "Ya know we are slipping, we could have made this into a bet and cleaned up" Lucky just chuckles. "Come on girl let's pick up the pace a bit. We got a late start." The three of them finish the ten-mile run and end up back at the apartment building. Lucky and Carly are feeling refreshed and ready to start some serious training. Jason is huffing and puffing feeling exhausted.
J: Well, that wasn't so bad. He doesn't want Carly to think he is tired, even though he knows tomorrow every muscle in his body will ache.
C: Glad you think so, cause we have just begun. She almost choked on her water when she saw Jason's jaw about hit the floor.
L: She's right Jase, now we really get into it. I think Riley our trainer should be here now lets head upstairs and check.
The three head up to Carly's training room. Riley is there waiting for them. He is a former world champion kick boxer and ex navy seal. He has been training Carly and Lucky for six months now.
R: Hey kids, where's Gia today?
L: She has some business to take care of at the club. But we brought along a friend of ours to take her place.
R: Great. He walks over to Jason and introduces himself. "Well man, you are in for a treat today. If I recall correctly Carly - we wrapped up early on Monday so today you promised me an extra hour!
C: I forgot you had a great memory - you're on. An extra hour it is.
R: How many miles did we get in this morning?
L: We ran 10 miles. I know it should have been 15, but we got a late start.
Jason is thanking god for late starts. 10 miles was bad enough, he would have never survived 15.
R: Okay, let start out with some stretching.
They proceeded to stretch out. Then the moved onto an hour of weights. Next came sparring in the ring.
R: Carly, you need to be quicker, your attacker isn't going to wait for you to act, he is gonna kill you by the time you get that kick off. Let's go girl move that butt. Jason and Lucky sit outside the ring and watch as Carly is spinning and kicking Riley like crazy. One kick after the other. She is throwing punches and dodging his advances.
J: God she is amazing. I didn't know Carly had it in her.
L: Oh, I did. She is a Spencer and I'll tell you I would hate to get on her bad side. You best keep her happy Jase.
J: Believe me I plan to.
R: Alright - let's work the bags. Carly, I think we need a little something to pick things up a bit don't you?
She smiles at him - " A little Durst?"
R: You got it baby! He heads over to the CD player and puts in Limp Biscut's newest CD. He cranks it up and turns on track 5 "My way".
Lucky turns to Jason "look out man, these two get nuts when they put this CD in"
Riley tells them to stand along side of these 3-foot high wooden platforms. He instructs them to jump up onto the boxes and do a spinning kick off of the platform. Carly starts and is catlike in her movements. Lucky and Jason follow suit. Jason is not as graceful but manages to keep from falling. Okay, 10 more lets go. Carly starts laughing. Riley goes over turns up the volume even more. Lucky and Jason collapse after 3 more tries while Carly seems to be in her own little world. She is lost in the music and is going strong. Riley is yelling in her face to push harder and be quicker. She is loving it!
After that he gives them leg weights and tells them to hit the bags. He spots for Lucky and Jason spots for Carly. Carly is pounding the bag with rights and lefts and elbowing the bag. Jason is getting knocked around pretty good. He still can't get over the change in her. He found himself falling more in love with her every minute he spent with her. This women was someone he could share everything with. She would be a tremendous ally to him in business. He was excited at the possibility of having a new partner in the operation. He would be able to share things with her now and not be scared for her safety.
Carly is lost in the music. She loved the way a song could give her more energy and push her to continue when she thought she didn't have anything left. She started spinning and kicking the bag with all her might. At one point she did a kick and knocked Jason over. She snapped out of her trance when she saw him hit the floor.
C: Jase, I am so sorry, are you alright?
J: A little stunned but I am fine, god Carly you are so strong.
C: Why thank you Mr. Morgan.
Riley notices Jason on the floor. "Okay I think we can call it quits for today if, I am assured that Weds. I will get at least a 15 mile run out of you."
L: It's a deal.
C: Well cousin, that was a quick answer. She laughed and hit him playfully.
J: Hey, hello are you gonna help me up here; you were the one to knock me over.
Carly turns back to Jason. "I'm sorry Jase," She extends her hand and helps him up. "You hung in their pretty good, maybe you will want to join us on a regular basis." We only do this 3-4 times a week.
J: Thanks but I think I will stick to my own work out. I have others to protect me, and since I have such a tough girlfriend I think I will let you be the fighter in this relationship. He wraps his arms around her waist, and whispers in her ear. "How bout a nice long hot shower?"
C: Well Mr. Morgan, are you trying to get me into a shower with you?
Jason starts to places kisses up and down her neck. "I was hoping I could persuade you."
L: I am outta here, Carly see you tonight at the club, EARLY.
C: You got it cous.
Lucky and Riley leave.
Jason turns back to Carly. So how about that shower?
C: Actually, I prefer a hot bath. It is much better for your muscles.
J: Sounds great, lead the way.
Carly knows that she can no longer resist him but she thinks she will toy with him a bit longer first.
C: What makes you think I am going to share my bathtub with you?
J: Well I was hoping.
C: I bet you were. She spins around and heads for the bathroom, leaving a speechless Jason behind.
She reaches the bathroom and leaves the door wide open, hoping Jason would catch onto her game. She turns the hot water on and begins to fill her tub with water and bubbles. She then dims the lights and lights a few candles.
She starts to undress and with her back to the door. She can feel him watching her and she slowly shimmies out of her leggings and sports bra.
Jason is leaning against the doorframe watching her. He felt himself hardening as he watches her undress. She was incredible. Carly had always been in great shape before, but now she was so lean and muscular. He felt himself start to burn for her. She is left standing in a pair of black thong undies. She turns to see Jason watching her. She slowly walks over to him and takes his hand and leads him into the bathroom. They don't say a word; she starts to undress him all the while never taking her eyes away from his. She pulls his shirt off over his head and he sucks in a breath and she runs her hands over his chest and down his tight stomach. She tugs his shorts off and he steps out of them. Her eyes move down to his manhood and smiles to see she how hard he already is. He places his hands on her hips and pulls off her panties and lets her step out of them.
J: God baby, you are more beautiful than I remember. He runs his hands down her tight torso, wanting to re-familiarize himself with every inch of her.
She takes his hand as she steps into the tub. She pulls him in with her and they slip into the steaming hot water. They are facing each other in the tub.
C: Jase, I want things to be different this time.
She reaches her hands up to his face and pulls him toward her into a soft sensuous kiss. She starts to bite his lower lip and he opens his mouth and she slips her tongue past his lips and meets the warmth of his tongue and they start a slow dance. Jason rests his forehead against hers.
J: I have dreamed of this for so long. I can't believe I have you back baby. Promise me you won't leave me again. I need you so much; I've been so lost without you.
C: I promise Jase, I love you so much.
Jason reaches and pulls her onto his lap so that she is straddling him. They begin kissing passionately as their hands move over each other's bodies. Jason is attacking her neck and chest with his mouth.
C: Oh, Jase I need you inside me now, it has been so long...pllleasssee. She reaches down and takes his hard member in her hand and slides him into her. She begins moving her hips in a circular motion (she knows this drives Jason crazy).
J: God baby.... YES that's it don't stop. He feels himself getting lost in her. She fit him so perfectly. He feels himself spiraling out of control. Carly starts moving up and down she can feel that Jason is close to the edge. He grabs her hips and starts moving her faster over him. He can feel her tighten around him and knows she is also close to her release. "Okay baby, just let go...let go"
C: Jase...ahhhhh god I love you so much. Carly feels herself explode as a million electric charges run throughout her body. Jason is nearing his own release and moves in and out of her as if his life depends on it.
J: Oh god Carly... he explodes filling every inch of her. They collapse against each other just enjoying the complete ecstasy they both feel.
J: Wow...
C: Yeah, I didn't realize how much I've missed that until just now.
J: I finally feel like I am home baby. I hope you now know that I will never let you go again. You are EVERYTHING to me. He takes her face in his hands and looks into her beautiful brown eyes. "I love Carly".
C: I love you too darlin. Now are you gonna help me wash up?
J: Absolutely.
Carly turns around in the tub so her back is towards Jason. Jason slowly wets her hair and begins washing it for her. They take turns soaping each other up till their clean. They get out of the tub and wrap themselves in one towel. Jason has his arms wrapped around her waist drying her back.
J: What time do you have to be at the club?
C: Not till 4:00.
J: Good, cause I can't seem to get enough of you.
He starts kissing her again, and dragging her out of the bathroom. She straddles him and he carries her down the hallway to her bedroom, all the while never breaking their kiss. He fumbles into the room and they fall on the bed laughing.
J: I could spend the rest of my days here in bed with you.
C: My goodness Mr. Morgan even after that long workout you still have all this energy.
J: It's you baby, you have that kind of effect on me. I will never be able to get enough of you. You are everything to me.
They spend the rest of the afternoon tangled amongst Carly's bright red silk sheets making love.
