Three days later
Fire & Ice (Carly, Gia & Lucky's Club)
He walks into the club and immediately gets a chill - the music is pulsating through the club. This was the place that Benny told him to check out. One of his contact said he saw a women matching Carly's description here.
In a far corner a fight is breaking out between two men. A women jumps over the bar and heads for the two men. She is gorgeous... in black leather pants and a red snake print halter top on. She has blonde hair, and it is long with lots of curls falling around her face -she is turned away from him and he can't make out her face. She is amazing she starts throwing punches and spin kicks, breaking up the fight - she single handedly takes both men on and disables them. She motions for two men that look like security to escort the two men out of the club. Jason is amazed who was this woman? Suddenly she turns toward him and he looses his breath - it is Carly! She is as beautiful as ever, her hair is longer and curlier than he remembers, but it is his Carly, the woman who owned his heart.
Another attractive woman approaches her smiling and high fiving her, she looks familiar it hits him, it is Gia Campbell, Carly's best friend. The two women head back to the bar not noticing Jason.
He remains there in a trance a million questions are running through his mind. What is she doing here, She looks like she is in charge, How did she learn to fight like that. The Carly he remembers relied on him to save her time and again. This new Carly looked like she could take on any man. How was he going to convince this woman that he needed to be a part of her life and that they belonged together. He had so much to tell her and apologize for. Sonny's betrayal, his mistakes.
He stands back in the shadows watching her. She and Gia make their way back to the bar. Suddenly Gia and Carly were up on top of the bar, "what was she doing?"
C: (yelling into the crowd.) Okay guys get those wallets out. It's Body Shots Time!!!! Highest bidder wins! You know how it works.... Gia is up first, highest bidder gets to do a body shot of your choice with this lovely lady.
N: (a regular at the bar) Hey Caroline - what about you gorgeous? Are you gonna grace us this evening.
There is a huge cheer from the crowd!!
G: Well girlfriend, we could use the money to do a bit of shopping!
C: Okay, Okay!! Let's take bids on Gia first!
Lucky is up in the tower watching things unfold - he laughs, most guys might get upset with guys bidding on his girlfriend, but he knew Gia would be going home with him. He knew the girls must have a shopping trip in mind. They usually only took bids on themselves when they wanted to spend some serious money!
C: okay we have 1,000 do I hear 1,200?
A tall dark hottie near the front of the bar bid 1,200. Another in the back from Mikey a regular bar fly in back (who had a huge crush on Gia) bid 1,500.
C: 1,500 going once, going twice. Okay - Mikey...you know the drill!!
Mikey approaches the bar, he asks for tequila and for Gia to sit on the bar. He moved in between her legs and licked her neck, sprinkled a bit of salt on her neck and had her put the lime wedge in her mouth. He downed the shot of tequila, licked the salt and then sucked on the lime wedge, giving Gia a little kiss in the process.
G: Okay Mikey (pushing him away from her) - did you enjoy that? (she said laughing) She knew Mickey had a crush on her, he was constantly asking her out. She did love the attention and Mikey was harmless, but she loved Lucky. He meant the world to her. She looked up at the tower and saw him smiling and laughing down at her. She blew him a kiss, and proceeded to get up on the bar to start the bidding on Carly.
G: Okay gentlemen, the illusive Caroline is gracing us tonight so lets show her how much she is wanted!!!
Jason's mind was racing - this was his chance. He was going to win this bid, no matter what. He knew he needed to make is presence known to her and this was as good of a way as any and maybe taking Carly by surprise in a public place would keep her temper in check. He just knew he had to see her and touch her. He wanted to look into her eyes, maybe then she would know he loved her and she would feel their chemistry. He made sure he was standing in the shadows but could be heard.
G: Okay Nick, are you gonna start us off?
N: 1,000
J: 2,000
G: Well girl, this should be interesting!
C: Can you see the guy in the back?
G: No he is standing in a shadow.
N: 2,200
J: 3,000!
Nick turned to check this other guy out - who did he think he was. "3,500!"
J: (he was gonna end this now) $5,000!!
Nick stood mouthing to Caroline - "sorry baby - too rich for me"
G: Well, this is interesting, I can't wait to see this mystery man - girl, he is paying $5,000!!
C: Well who the hell is this guy?
G: Do you want me to get Lucky down here?
C: No, that's not necessary, I am sure everything will be fine, here gimme that microphone. "okay big spender you win - $5,000 for a body shot with me, now make yourself known."
She stood on the bar waiting for this mystery man to show his face, no one had ever outbid Nick when it came to her. It had to be someone new to the bar, all the regulars knew Nick and Caroline were an on again/off again thing. She just could never get serious with him, her heart still belonged to Jason. Yeah, she thought, Jason - the man who dumped me for little Lizzie Webber. Carly looked into the crowd as the mystery man made his way to the front of the bar and over to her. She gasped when she saw who it was....JASON!
She grabbed onto Gia's arm for dear life.
G: Caro what's wrong? (She turned to see the man approaching them...JASON) "Oh My God!" Are you gonna be okay? (she looks up at the tower looking for Lucky - he is not there). "Where the hell is Lucky?"
C: It's okay - I can handle this. Carly composed herself and remembered she is the one who has the right to be pissed, Jason cheated on her and never came looking for her. Now he shows up here, what the hell is he up to. She jumped down from the bar and stood waiting for Jason. As he was approaching her she noticed how great he looked. Still as gorgeous as ever.
J: Hi Carly - I've been looking everywhere for you.
C: Obviously not looking hard enough - it has been over a year Jason, and I haven't been hiding. What do you want?
J: Well I did just pay $5,000 to do a body shot with you.
C: (she gives him a disgusted look and sighs) Fine, let's get this over with. Give Gia the money. How do you want to do this?
J: (Jason grins devilishly at her) "I thought you had a better memory than that...with all the time we spent at Jakes." He knew he had fond memories of everything they used to do together, especially at Jakes.
C: Yeah okay, fine tequila right? She turns to Kimberlin the bartender and tells her tequila, salt, lime. She gets the stuff and jumps up onto the bar - feeling Jason's eyes on her she lays down on the bar and exposes her bare stomach, knowing what is coming and she prays that her body won't fail her and keep under control for what she knows is coming. She used to love Jason's touch and she remembered all to well how he could make her feel and what he used to do to her.
Jason is smiling and looking down at her "You are so beautiful".
C: Whatever slick - just do it already, so I can get on with my night.
Jason bends down and slowly begins licking a line on Carly's smooth flat stomach for the salt. He watched as she remained unchanged - he sprinkled salt on her and then bent down again to lick up the salt, this time he felt Carly start to tremble a bit and her back began to arch her back at his touch. He loved to see her react to his touch, he knew then he still had a chance. He downed the shot of tequila and bent down over her mouth to suck the lime. He quickly discarded the lime and returned to ravish her lips.
Before Carly had known what was happening she felt him take the lime wedge out of her teeth and then felt his lips on hers. Her head was spinning and she knew she was loosing control. Her body betrayed her and she couldn't stop what she was feeling, and she let herself get lost in Jason's kiss.
Jason intensified the kiss and tenderly nibbled her bottom lip, his signal for Carly to let him in, she opened her mouth and a small moan escaped. Their tongues slowly and sensually danced as they reacquainted themselves. Jason smiled into the kiss and whispered "I missed you baby." Well that did it Carly snapped out of it and began pushing Jason off of her. He was shocked, "What, what's wrong"?
C: "Don't you dare - you come here and I am supposed to be grateful, after what you did and after all this time!
J: Carly please calm down, just let me explain what happened, you don't know the whole story.
C: I am not doing this Jason - leave me alone! Just then Lucky was there he pushed Carly behind him and told Gia to take her up to the tower.
L: Jason, back off man! He gave Jason a shove. This is not the time or place for this. You need to leave her alone, she has moved on with her life and is doing great.
J: Lucky, I need to tell her the truth, things happened that she doesn't know about.
L: Listen man, this is our club - we are working here. If you want to talk to Carly and IF she agrees to listen, I will be there!
J: For what Lucky, this is between Carly and me.
L: We are family Jason, SPENCERS in case you forgot. We have each other's backs at all times, and I WILL be there, so you can't take advantage of her. Now I think it is time for you to leave.
J: Fine but tell Carly I will be back, I am not leaving.
Lucky watches Jason leave. "Well this is gonna be trouble" he says out loud as he turns to go and check on Carly and Gia. He pulls Robert, the head security guy aside and tells him to watch the club, while he is in the tower. He heads upstairs to see how much damage control needs to be done.
