Butterschotch Brownies
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, about 115g
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup+ 2 Tbsps unsalted butter, melted and cooked
1 1/2 tsps liquid vanilla
1/2 cup walnut or cashews
Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 350�F. Grease an 8"x8" or 9"x9" square pan with butter or shortening; set aside
2.Blend together dry ingredients. In a bowl, beat eggs, salt and sugar with wire whisk until blended. Add butter and liquid vanilla.
3.Using spoon, fold in dry ingredients.Pour into prepared pan.
4.Top with walnuts and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
5.Cool then cut into squares.
