First we don't think that it is very good to compare the Holocaust with the genocide of Black People, as there are some important differences, first of all that the Holocaust took primary place in order to eliminate and kill people, while the genocide of the Black was primary a way to get cheap labour strengths.
Second the view Ali gives about the Austrian and the German governments are not exactly right. In fact both governments use these reparations to clean their own image and pretend to have finished with their fascist history, which in fact never really happened. So they don't do these reparations because of justice, but just in order to get a good image... and to calm their bad conscience.
I hope that there will be lots of interesting discussions on this 
article, but please then address yourself to Ali personally. Thanx!
