Dear Comrades in Struggle:

As you all know we must find ways to effectively stop inhumane and brutal treatment being meted out by police officers and other law enforcement agencies within the U.S. border and beyond. It is imperative that we understand the nature of what we are dealing with and are up against. We must recognize the fact that the police are not for the people... the common and average worker, but rather, an occupied force for those who control power and crave private ownership of material things. The police are not for the welfare of the downtrodden, but are for the rich and famous. This is the first thing we must understand as we learn what their roles really are.

The police have become brutal dictators of the people and are doing the biding of career politicians who does the bidding of corporate Amerikkka and its banking institutions, while the courts act in accord with these forces by giving the police "full credibility" in their actions to lock up more and more people into state, federal and juvenile facilities. The police are not out to secure you or your family's security. As we have seen through the years, the police have become more antagonistic and brutal towards the people with little to no accountability. This is so because WE THE PEOPLE have allowed this to be. We have allowed the injustices done to one to not be challenged with actual and real consequences behind that injustice. We have allowed the police to destroy our lives and to take on the role of being our saviours.

When we understand the role and the nature of the police then we will be able to find effective ways in dealing with them. After all, what police department, law enforcement, or government agency can stop the WILL OF THE PEOPLE if the people are determined not to have their wills broken? What police department, law enforcement, or government agency will not bend to the service of the people if the people make the determination that WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANOTHER CHILD BEING MURDERED? What police department, law enforcement, or government agency can withstand the riptide of the people if the people are adamant about seeing justice prevail? They cannot stop us and they cannot kill us all. We would prevail! We would rule! But to come to this point we must recognize that we have power! Unless and until we recognize we have power to make changes nothing will change.
