You see, I'm an inmate at the Stiles Unit in Add Seg. (Lock Up), going on 8.5 years just on a Parole Violation. But the story I have to tell ain't about me at all: it's about a fellow prisoner whose name I don't know or know hardly anything about. We in Add Seg. at the Stiles unit are locked up in a 12' by 10' cell 23 hours a day. The reason I said your package came right on time is cause I have a true story to tell y'all, and I hope you will print it... Thanks!

This is what happened on July 4, 2000. I know this old Black man who has no feet, yea no feet, and to top it off he has diabetes. Well, I met him in June 2000. The reason I went out of my way to meet him is because the Law here was picking on him and laughing at him 'cause of him being without any feet. So with me being fully against authority, I befriended him to the fullest. Well, on july 4, 2000,at 6:09 pm they found him dead lying on the floor. All day long I had banged and yelled to get him help 'cause he told me that he is really feeling bad and needs to go get an insulin shot, cause the Law has not been taking him to medical to get his shots. So he died that day, and they let it happen.

I don't know his name, but call or come down and ask them about the inmate who died on July 4, 2000 in 12 building, Seg. 12-E-33 cell who didn't have no feet. You will find the story I tell is the truth. As we yelled and banged all day for this poor old Black man, the guards just laughed at us. In fact one of them asked me why should I care, he is just an old Black man. and you're a white man so why should you give a fuck! ! I went off on him telling him that he ain't worth being white or Black, 'cause he ain't human at all.

Well, nobody hardly knows of this incident, but the top dogs in T.D.CJ. and they are keeping it a secret to the public. But it's time somebody talks, so here I am writing this letter in hopes for y'all's support on this matter. To top it off, after they found him dead a guard is supposed to pass out witness statements, but instead they came by and told us to not say anything to anybody or we'll know what it is. Well, I've never been a scary person. So I ask can you help or what?...
