COMMUNICATIONS ‑suitable radio contact

COMMUNICATIONS ‑everybody speaks up and everybody listens, about what is happening and about their concerns at the fire

ESCAPE ROUTES ‑ suitable, checked and known

ESCAPE ROUTES ‑everybody always has an "out" planned and agreed, just in case things turn bad

SAFETY ZONES ‑ suitable, big enough, close enough and free of hazards
