finally kicked off a long pending task of updating my homepages. brought in a new look.  i used geocities for hosting the pages for free.  now creating the pages one by one.
got to do some more work on it.. changing the colours, layout etc..
also i copied the below blog entries which were in sunitha's blog account..

as far as the hosting is concerned, everything seems ok, except that adding a comment to a blog entry, screws up the whole css.
