whew... i tried out my first cooking experiment, by making a few appams.   although i had some experience by standing as an assistant to my wife while she is cooking, this is the first time that i did something alone. hmm... but the batter was prepared and kept by her, before she went to india.. :-)

but the appam turned out really well.. atleast i dint have any problems in my stomach today... i added an extra shot of baking powder in it.. i dint know how much to add.. but all is safe as far as my stomach is concerned...
