Disability is not inability.  Children born with disabilities have rights to do what they like. Early education in early stage of child help to improve their skill and abilities. Disabilities is not a disadvantage but making our strengthen is more powerful.  Now, Disabilities children also can chase their dream making their parents proud on themselves for example Nick Vijicic.
