This web page attempts to meet the needs of bar candidates of materials, specifically codal provisions of laws usually covered by the Bar Exams, many of which are not available in the existing web sites. Currently working for the government, Mr. Papelleras is a law graduate. He was able to compile laws covered by the Bar Exams during his bar preparation several years back. He is based in Surigao City, Philippines. His family hails from a small town in Siargao, a resort island in Surigao del Norte. |
