Rules
1) Please keep my banner in the pets lookup so I can make my agency a great agency. (and I have now found out from transfering pets that the lookups now clear so I need you to promise that right after you get the pet please...thanks).
2) I want you to have an IM service and I prefer AIM but we should have agents who have others my pets can only be adopted through AIM.
3) Please do not neomail me if your neomail is blocked only to neofreinds. The reason why I say this is because it is a hassle to do that and I personally hate it when people neomail me and I have to become neofreinds to neomail them back!
4) When you want a pet neomail that person only twice a day and let them get back to you. Tell them "I want to adopt _____. I have _____ IM service. I realize that once the pet is in the pound it is game for anyone to get and i will not hold the agency resposible" and we will get back to you.
5) Please dont leave neopets and leave your pet to rot! The reason why i say this is because I hate going into peoples look ups that arent on neopets anymore and seeing the poor pets that have to stay there because the owner left! Please also feed your pet, play with it, and always keep it healthy.
6) It is first come, first serve on these pets so please don't cry if you don't get the pet you wanted. Just try again with a different pet. And also please don't try to brib into getting a pet because it is first come, first serve. And if our agents demand you to buy something at their shop or something like that please notify Kobe because this is a broken rule because you aren't allowed to sell pets.
I AM FOLLOWING THE RULES OF NEOPETS THAT PETS CANNOT BE BOUGHT OFF AND THAT PETS ARE FAIR GAME FOR ANYONE ONCE THEY GET TO THE POUND. PLEASE NOTE THIS.

You should have out 1000-3000nps because you never know the strength of the pet but it should probally only be 500-1000np but it is better to be safe. My agents will start a count down from 3. And on that links page keep refreshing untill my agents talk to you again because that means you have it. But sometimes:( you may not get it:(
