In our 8th grade year of life Nick and Ryan had a band started with some previous guitar players. Now Keith has like never played guitar before He got his first guitar sometime in November 2002. It was a pice of shit Squire strat. in like december we had a practice all together...well u can kinda guess... Keith sucked and almost didnt stay in. Later Keith got a new guitar 2 days after christmas. It was a B.C. Rich N.J. Warlock.Its alot better than his old one. we had a second practice durring christmas break. Ryan also had a new bass but It wasnt as good as his old one. We had a singer then too (chris) but you couldnt hear him because he was using a 10 watt amp. Keith was using a 50 watt and Ryan was using a 100 watt Nick was playing a umm...a cheaply made drum set. well after that practice everything clicked and it was us...But there was a problem the problem was singing it wasnt working. so about like 3 months later we kicked him out. it was just us 3 then. We bought our own Mics, Mixer and moniters (speakers). We played 5 shows with us and then we relized we need a singer. But with adding someone new whoever it was had to be good or it just wont work. Well we tryied Marty Bloom as our singer. But once again there was something missing still. We decided that if we get a singer the sound of Phlegm will totally change but hey that doesnt matter right now. A day in time in the month of september we called up a young fellow named Dave Gray. We tried him out to sing and we were like we are keeping him and shit. We are very happy with him as a lead vocalist and hope to keep him in for a while.The story from then keeps growing...................................................................... |
