Our College has adopted 6 insignia to signify various aspects of deucation in order to achieve "knowledge, culture and perfection". Education is the source of "wisdom" which is the true knowledge. The wholesome development of personality depends not only on the acquisition of specialized knowledge but also on general knowledge and character building. The Book and the Lamp indicate this. The Engineering components and instruments comprised in the emblem stand for various specializations in Engineering. Together these stand for true enlightenment and constant struggle to keep up with the development in any direction in this competitive world. The readiating light rays indicate the necessity to spread the knowledge acquired as well as to go to any part of the world to acquire knowledge.

The motto of our college "Enlightenment through Education" further emphasizes the attainment of perfection and the objective to bring the best in a person. This emboldens the competitive spirit to face the world
