It's meaning is, undeniably and inarguably, that a "white silk" girl is a PHYSICAL VIRGIN. No Gorean slave girl who has been to the alcoves can ever be called a "white silk" girl again. But once they have been, as the Goreans say, "opened for the uses of men," they lose any claim to white silk status forever. The Gorean word for virginal girl is a "glana". White silk girls would almost never, ever, EVER be put in " expensive silks." That would be the equivalent of dressing her up so as to invite rape. |

What distinguishes these slaves from Red Silk or Pleasure Slaves, is their training in sexual pleasures and dancing. It is not unusual, however for a Master to have Their ko-lared kajirae to wear yellow silk and rent them out to Members. |
