Siobhan O’Carroll Siobhan gave up her career as a dance teacher to train to be an actress. She attended Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and got the part of Bridget on Peak Practice not long after finishing. Originally only starring in one episode, Siobhan was asked to stay longer by the shows producers. Sionhan has a young daughter, Mia, who was born in June 1999.

Bridget Mellors Bridget joined The Beeches surgery as a practice nurse in 1998. Her biggest storyline has been the steamy affair with a married guy that she once went to school with. Situations were complicated further as Dave Kelly was also one of her patients, but the romance continued despite warnings from worried colleagues. Things later ended when Dave was forced to choose between his wife and his lover, leaving Bridget heartbroken.
